1:10 am
ha, how serious they are. that is the question here. there's people who say like this case should have never made it that far because there are other cases much stronger . where for president ultram faces potential an indictment, but okay, here we are. and bottom line all comes down to president. trump allegedly falsifying business records, which is a big deal in new york financial capital of the world. and of course, with that, prosecutors also alleged that the president, quote, sought to, quote, undermine the integrity of the 2016 presidential election. and of course, so there you have it. that is the, that's the big shoe. this is what really dropped today. and of course don tom, as you pointed out, pleaded not guilty to all $34.00 counts. and well, this is where we are, he's going to speak in a couple hours. estefan tell us made the legal proceedings what happens next?
1:11 am
well, i surprised number one. the 1st court hearing is far away and that is december 4th, there will probably be some lawyers from his defense team. we're trying to get earlier into court, or maybe it works for their strategy. so speaking our strategy, what's happening next? is that the evidence, whatever was in discovery, has now been, has to be given to the defense lawyers. the prosecution has $45.00 to $65.00 days to do so. then until august, 8th, the defense has to file any motions. and of course the, the prosecution has to respond to that, that happens in latest september. and then again, as i said, december 4th. mr. trump, or at least his lawyers are back in court in manhattan. now there's been no gag order placed by the judge on anyone involved in the proceedings for trump has always been, let's say, been quite vocal about his feelings, especially on social media. is there any indication of the strategy he'll use to
1:12 am
defend himself? i think we're getting classic trump. 8 but in a tone down way, why is that? yes, you're right. there was no get gardener from the jo gag order from the judge. because actually the guy judge say like we are recognizing this court recognize that you are running for president again. so i just can't shut you up and i won't do this. what he said though, is he issued a warning to donald trump, to anybody. everybody else basically to really tone it down to not, you know, rally things up and be super aggressive. that would have negative consequences, and i am sure that the defense team, the lawyers who are really looking at the law here it, they are telling our former president, i'm probably to really toll it down because they have to do some loring to do. i have to file a motion to have to go through all the motions there and the social media post health tank stuff on. we're just seeing live images actually as you were speaking
1:13 am
