in the ninety's and a bit later. and it has not been replaced. and so what we have instead is sort of an invasive pull grass that, that provides the fuel for the so devastating fires. who are these fires, steven linked to the pattern of heat waves that we've been seeing across the northern hemisphere lately? that's an interesting question. uh, it is certainly a very obvious that we are seeing a great number of costs. le grayson's across the northern hemisphere and hawaii somehow fits into this pattern. it's not a coincidence that we're seeing so many of these things happening at, at the same time. however, it's very difficult to pinpoint and say ok, you know, this is a,

the taras missiles to possibly supply them to ukraine. now these are the air operated cruise missiles means meaning that they are operated from an aircraft, and importantly that they have a range of over 500 kilometers. now the reports say that the german government has asked the manufacturer to implement a technical modification to the missiles, which would limit the possibility of setting targets and therefore reduce the range of the missiles, making it impossible for them to be used to attack russian territory. and industry experts say this modification is possible, but it, but it would take some time to implement. and according to the reports, chancellor, all of shots wants to wait until he confirms the supply of these missiles to ukraine until he is sure that these modifications can be applied. and the other interesting points is that it appears that germany wouldn't be able to approve the

supply of these missiles to ukraine without the us also agreeing to do the same with its own cruise missiles. this is something that germany hasn't done before. for example, for the supply of a martyr, infantry vehicles, ukraine. it waited for the us who also supply its own vehicles to ukraine. the key if has been asking for these missiles for a long time, germany has been reluctant to meet ukraine's demands. tell us more about this back and forth, julia as well. this is where it is important to note that the german government apparently asked for modifications to the missiles so that they cannot reroute russian territory. and this points to hesitation and uncertainty on the side of the german chancellor olive shows which we've seen through out of the last a year. and that he does not want to see germany as provoking russia. it doesn't want to see to germany, to be seen as being directly involved in the conflict. and therefore, he didn't want these missiles to be seen as, as,

as germany being too involved. and therefore, it looks like that if this delivery were to be confirmed, the modifications apply to the missiles seem to be enough for the chancellor to feel confident to the go ahead with this delivery julia, thank you very much. our political correspondent, julia sal value. their leaders of the west african block eco los have ordered the deployment of a stand by for us to help address the needs of their crisis. they said they want to explore every means for a peaceful resolution to the military coup. but the message is clear. if new shares, military rulers do not reinstated the countries democratically elected, president new chair could find itself on a collision course with its neighbors. we stand for can lead as arrived in a boucher to move the next move image and mason came often easy as one to ignore the ultimatum to stand down from the power grab principle. the group sees all
