a coalition deal that's caught between different parties, international government, sometimes it might be something which has been decided long ago. sometimes it's a minister who is highly qualified for a certain job. for example, if they know they would like the trade show up, they might put forward a minister who's been responsible for economy in the past. it's up to member states . sometimes it might be by a government who is going about to face re election and likely to fail there. so really there's that can also come into it in terms of who's going to be your space in brussels for the next 5 years, even though they've said they're not officially representative member states, they become part of the european commission. that's the use executive. so aside from the fact that there is a tremendous smoke going on behind the scenes in brussels, when you look at this push for gender parity, what do you think the best shows to europe and the rest of the world? clear? i cover a lot of big political summits and what you often get in these events is a big family photo. some old leaders,
