joining me as gun expressive and select joan jermanti my home. i. hello sir. thanks for making that time. congratulations on the historic m. f. i take victory. guardians, have given you a 2nd chance to become president? how does that make you feel? well, it just makes me feel the weight of responsibility and i'm looking at the faces of the young people. i so i don't know that riley's and high expectations you have in the government and it just means i'm. ready feeling and i said as of prepaid, so give it my best so that i can turn this country around and creates
4:17 am
a better future for young people as well as the reset and gonna we need to reset so that we can create that a better environment for young people to try and create enough opportunity for them to be able to realize their full but they so right. and that's interesting. you've mentioned that word again. me sense because that's what you have pledged to do. what exactly do you mean by reset? got a, a m, you get to a place where your a telephone or your computer program becomes correct. and if he uses, you need to re sites so that we improve on efficiency in governance. and one of the things we need to do is to carry through their clusters review. that's to all of that this government came into place that many issues that we need
4:18 am
to deal with in our house is not governance. and also it's been a while god bless activities. actually one of the 1st things to do would be to take the jo customers. i reach you again and see how we construct that things so that we have a more dynamic constitution going forward. aside sometimes we need to take the fight against corruption and waste to a new level. and so we improve our cabinet system so that one of them having so many a so much waste as a result of corruption and waste. one of the key things we're looking at is that how much i spent that money's mental targeting. so i got an answer, know what days, i mean, i crew to the house. and with that, they're going into that things. that's the news, the size of audio definitely powerful because some is making
4:19 am
a profit outs of it. we set the new set of accountability in governance people. what does the government they must be prepared to what goes to the public or the service. right, right. you've, you've touched a lot on the economy, which obviously is kind of lead the biggest issue, if you talk to that have guardians, you know, they are feeling the pinch, which leads me to this because you've talked about implementing a 24 hour economy. what does that look like, and how do you hope to achieve that? why don't believe that so you will understand why the far away economy is that it's not going to be the 1st to mention the file. i kind of mean that's about cultures. that's how that's really far away from, i mean a complex baltic services that covers the private sector. and it covers uh that sits in minutes and service industry. and so then again, incentives to people who kind of like the hours increase production and be able to
4:20 am
take on more employees, especially for a country like ours, where we have a huge population of more than 60 percent. and so we need to do the things that will make sure that all those units useful went up for them. and so we're going to give the incentives, we're going to roll out that policy as well. the problem is, and i went into the plan by the end of $1.00 to $2.00 days without the full comprehensive, 24 hour policy, which would incentivize the private sector to where the long uh was to increase the productivity. take advantage of the advertising. hopefully it's a feature in the area to watch spots into the trunk of drugs. take advantage of our existence of what agreements take advantage of our agreement with a real young union. so that we've had increased productivity, unexplored, a good coverage for the investors to come instead of a gun that you know that europe and other parts of the world as aging population.
4:21 am
so labor is becoming a problem and because the expensive means attracted those investors to bring those businesses yet and read them 34 hours today ships a day. so that more young people and got actually a good way to do that is what is all about. so my next question to you mister president, will be knowing all about your problem is guardians now knowing ordered some interesting phase, again, raising corruption issues and all of that. and you want and i'll stump it out when you, you know, from your next administration. what is it that you've learned from your previous administration that you want to do differently this time around? well, one of the things we focused on in the previous administration was to put back the infrastructure. well, if you would, you press start to deflect in terms of rules. once i, electricity, healthcare, and i mean just the image. and so one of our focus is, was to put the infrastructure back, but also believing that in invested in infrastructure,
4:22 am
you stimulate the economy. and stimulates in the economy. you create jobs as well. yes, we did create more than $300000.00 jobs and the construction is like that under construction sector. paid out probably the whole of the economy funding chain, the one that i think we would focus on and look at in this decision is to have issues to do with the library and so well continue on investments in infrastructure. drew the big push that we advocated was a bit to look at issues that affect lab labels in the sense so that they get the means in the sense of invest in infant tech. a girl invested in the pharmaceutical industry investing in agricultural and processing button. james, that is most important. and so yes, we're going to look at it and construct a as
4:23 am
a drive auto group. but we're also going to look at the logic picture of live levels, so that we're going to create more jobs and all those other sectors. let's switch things i've been in recent years. that's been a number of military tico best in some african countries. we've been talk about booking of iso and he's at marty. how kind of regional but he's like eco, ask, respond to that. i'm talking to someone who said that they had a vehicle as at some point. yeah. in my view of that show that was we did have prizes like this and we cannot hesitate. you remember there was the civil out of this that followed up as a compiz tends to extend his standing offers and the so just to go back, if you remember we had the defense, the fall. that way, the new couple types of states, kind of it, we always have the strength of sanctions, but you don't go ahead and implement. you keep that as
4:24 am
a state and the carlos, you know, that's it carries them to agree on expenses and program and eventually come back to see me in that room. and so i don't think that it was use the glasses to try and get them back into the phone company as should i say wretchedly that i knew the day give up on my direct sir. i would give the database to echo us to see how we can speed to our 3 how the brother, brother, the countries. let's see how i can draw them back to the deputy legal problem to believe that was the most important thing that and i think that we must jane that there. right, right. i mean, as you say, you know, fan is, that's what to do. an unprecedented, tenable as trying to do it. he said, we said he's trying to use diplomacy to try to get those 3 countries back on track
4:25 am
. so we'll have to wait and see how that goes about. are you concerned that you know, what is it? exactly right. so it's gonna more at risk because of the instability for it. and also you think this we have risk. yeah. if you look at the risk, i said most yeah gonna is um as, as, as, as quite data. and so we need to wait as quickly as possible. there's an african. ready at that stage that we don't need, but as pas is on fire, you know, help him to quite just otherwise well in advance down his house. it goes back to your house. and so we need to give looking at 5. so my, the and the shareholders supports they need to do with this crisis. otherwise it definitely would spread and coming to barcode already in cash. is it not the? i'm sure you knew that about that. huh. and so it doesn't matter. and so we need to
4:26 am
be very proactive, right, right. some of that, some reports have been suggesting that has been in cash and in not the impact have gone out where you're from. but i guess your, your whole point is that you guys are risk us. you see yourself and we have to do all that we kind of to, you know, prevent that situation. use unemployment remains high and studies suggest that is fueled in violence, extremism and radicalization. especially in the law of how do you plan to tackle that? well, i don't think that's gonna yet has reached that stage, but it is. and then if it is the war in windows, uh, the thing is that to create for teenagers, for our young people, then we can have, you know, for that kind of situation on our hands. is it the, is a big difference in terms of the presence of other states and the
4:27 am
better spread of the develop those across the country that some of our neighbors. and so we've got a, it's a business, obviously, but we don't think that progressive bingo header is used on employment and we do a good, i can only as far as, as we should to give the private sector opportunity to, to create jobs. then we're going to end up with that kind of situation, and that is why and some other agency that we stop lies the economy as quickly as possible. open up a business again, invite for an direct investment, set up the factories that export the funds. provide incentives to finalize and provide a group processing support so that we're able to create the ball for tv for young people. and so it's a, it's an emergency that every government should deal with and make amends. the governments about hiring, we went to the kids and, and loyal people. the position is definitely rolled up real quickly as possible.
4:28 am
right. got as president elect john romani my hallmark. thank you very much sir for having exactly me guardians. i've voted you back into bar, then wish you all the best. thank you with the thank you very much, that sort of a the color panels instead of cows in central kenya, many farmers have switched over disastrous drown, so hitting the country. more and more often camel are game changer in times of climate change. they would stand better than cattle. everything. their milk is highly val. a co next on
