strengthening our capacity of our defense forces, well, from what has been announced publicly at least by officials , we can say that finally our bohdan howitzer , which is manufactured by a company that is a member of the association, it went into series production, there are plans for a small increase in this production, but it went into series production and now... massively supplied to the armed forces, ukrainian mortars, from another company, a member association, in fact, this is the only example, well , of an almost one hundred percent and almost 100% domestic such a defense product, there are some parts, of course, of foreign origin, but it is a completely ukrainian product, so the question is how much this company will be able to build up, expand its production facilities and, accordingly...

equipment, how could these areas be arranged in such a way in relation to certain areas, which worries our private companies? look, this is a very large-scale... set of tasks that must be solved in the near future, and above all , of course, this is a set of tasks associated with the fact that private enterprises of the military-industrial complex, they take on all the risks, regarding production and supply of relevant products, whether munitions, or military equipment or some technological components, it is necessary to understand that... we do not have enough basic base for such products, for weapons and ammunition, and technological products, moreover, we do not have enough power to ensure a full 100% production cycle of ukrainian weapons and ammunition,

but at the moment i am not sure that these production capacities can be 100% possible, because it requires extremely high investments, technology transfer. our western partners, which, unfortunately, they are not yet are going, well, certain technologies are still, unfortunately, not transferred in our country, and of course, this is a matter of security, yes, because, as we can see, on the example of the recent missile strikes, the issue of security for military industrial complex enterprises is very important and very seriously, that is why the production of these products is now. these , starting from an elementary mine for a mortar and ending with high-tech samples of our weapons, are provided in a situation of conversion and in a situation when we, as a country, are in an existential war,

compete with other countries for the supply of a very limited number of elemental bases and components for our defense products. in order to more clearly plan production capacities, purchase on a larger scale, in a larger variety under more such long-term contracts, which ensures a reduction in the price of this entire elemental base, of course we would like the ministry of defense and other government customers to pay attention that norm, the article of the law on defense procurement, which provides for... conclusion long-term contracts, unfortunately, so far the practice of concluding long-term contracts for the supply of weapons and ammunition is not widespread, let's say, there are already examples of such contracts, but they are not set on

contracts is a necessity for to ensure, first of all, the war, you know, that about a resource, and money is a very important... resource of every war, in order to ensure a reduction in the price of final products, weapons and ammunition, predictability is needed, the ability to contract is needed. all these components, elements of foreign origin, production facilities located in third countries to in the long term, and of course this will contribute to the reduction of the price, because unfortunately, according to the examples of the execution of contracts, if we have short-term contracts for six months, for example , we see such a trend that every for six months, the prices of products for weapons , ammunition, they are growing, because because the world... the market for these components, chemistry, explosives, gunpowder, it does not stand

still, this market is highly scarce now, highly competitive, and therefore of course these international companies that make this particular elemental base or these components, well , such as explosives, gunpowder, again, they keep raising their prices because it's classic. the point of view of our, well, such a security situation in terms of missiles. it's not something so sky-high, and it's not some deals, it's a business, which operates in a very regulated regulatory field, with very small percentages of profits, which are reinvested in ensuring that ukraine has more weapons, so that our armed forces can receive more shells, more mortars, more armored vehicles, more other types of ammunition, more means of radio-electronic warfare and intelligence more, more, more, more, that is why this situation with the dsu, it was so blatant, because in fact we interpret it, well, as sabotage against the defense and industrial complex of ukraine, that is why that it should be noted that this audit is still ongoing, it no longer concerned exclusively private
