people who leave their settlements points, because... the hostilities are intensifying there, or the shelling is intensifying, what directions do they choose, do they stay somewhere near their settlements, or do they go to the west of the country, where now there are the most internally displaced people? er, well, it is clear from the numbers that the largest number of internally displaced persons is in our dnipropetrovsk region, there is kyiv region, that is, from experience since the 14th year, as i myself am a displaced person from donetsk, i understand exactly, and the people who were there . the first time, i.e. the first wave of immigrants, they usually moved closer to their home, in the hope that it will end rather quickly, and that is why people leave and they settle, even if i can, i myself, a majoritarian from the kherson region, i can definitely say that the people who leave there, for example, from the city of kherson itself, because there are significant destructions every day, every minute, a cab arrives,

unregistered people, plus a large number of people who left abroad, that is, we understand that almost every third person in our country has moved, moved, er, or stayed in our country, or left for the border, that is, they have changed their location logistically, and now we as a state need to... respond to this by creating additional jobs there, additional location, educational program, educational support, because we understand that people move and a lot these are you know, social everyday problems that need to be given to them so that they have the right to choose and adapt, but what about the help that internally displaced persons in ukraine currently receive, what is its size, how many people are there, because we understand that people are in shock? to accept the idea that you cannot return to your house, or your house is destroyed, your previous life is destroyed, accordingly, abroad - these are not small

sums, which in our country, tell me, for those who have such luxury, remains in in their homes and may not worry, well, at least not so often russian rockets fly over their heads, yes... indeed, people who are in private premises, they all receive 2-300 uah by default, 200 uah there for able-bodied people, 300 uah for disabled people or children who are there 14-15 years, that is, these are very small funds, also from the state, this is a half-yearly period, also the state is currently creating places of temporary residence, which are offered, where they can be located, but we see that today it is not, you know popular place where people want to stop by and watch also from the side of the employment center, there are a lot of programs for retraining there and creating one's own business, and well, a very large

number from the ministry of infrastructure, so to speak, the ministry of reconstruction , there are programs for rehabilitation, there are settlements, that is, there are programs, but we understand that they are not very you know, somewhere good conditions, somewhere a little bad conditions, we know from our own... that there is a very relevant program offered by a german bank, where you live there, to live in your own home, now we offer and work together with the ministry of finance in order to increase or transfer funds there from esele, where there is a higher percentage of payment for this loan in this direction, because here it is more attractive, people can and there is a reduced percentage of the first the contribution is not that big... so the monthly payment, that is, we need to create the conditions and see, but we understand that within the limits of the budget there, and right now the budget process is underway, and

we can see all the funds already in the verkhovna rada, there was a presentation of the state budget for the 25th year, we see that almost all the funds are directed to the armed forces of ukraine, so we are currently studying the draft budget with our colleagues in order to see where these funds can be transferred and provide for these urgent problems for people from... creating conditions for them, and from our on the part of the state, the state will expect from these people a return to, as i said, normal life, this is either to work for our economy, thus supporting the armed forces, paying taxes, or whoever suits it, he will defend our country with weapons in his hands, do we have any statistics to compare also how in the last year people mostly choose to go abroad anyway. because there is better financial support there, or do they stay in ukraine, despite the fact that the support is less, but here everything is clear, to be in your own country, well,

there are no such statistics, we know that we are there now, i personally made a request to the border service, that is, there is no such, you know, some kind of clear gap, that somewhere there is a flow and more and less, we understand that in the winter period, if the forecasts that the experts tell us about ours and the passing of the scorching season, it is clear that people somewhere will pay attention to it and maybe there will be some increase in going abroad for those people who have the opportunity, because the scorching season and the problems with the light that we saw. they are very relevant, but in principle we see that, in principle, wave after wave, people left, then it stopped somewhere, most people realized that they do not always want to go abroad, first of all, it is also necessary to have some kind of financial a pillow in order to go and understand where what how, or if they go, they go to those people who left there, then conditionally to their friends there, acquaintances or something else, but we on the part of the state now have to work and we are working on this

to create. well, politics is precisely to make, first of all, more attractive and more or less comfortable conditions for those people who have not left the country and remain here in order not to create conditions for a person to think about going abroad , or even worse return to the occupation there, because such cases also happen there are also, and we see them, and we understand the policy pursued by the aggressor country, then this person... is already with us and then comes to us with weapons in his hands, because they do not choose there and there are no human rights, nothing, there it is simply a resource for that country, but this choice, returning to one's home in the occupation, wants to be in the occupation, how much compared to the previous year, how many such people? well, it is also very difficult to track this, because we
