The second half of our show turns to the psychedelic Israeli music of Danny Ben-Israel, in both English and Hebrew. Danny Ben-Israel was a member of the Israeli Army marching band who dropped acid, hit the Isle of Wight festival and returned to Israel to make some pretty incredible (and, in some strange ways, very Jewish) psych music, ending with the melancholy flame-out of 'The Hippies of Today are the Assholes of Tomorrow'.
