least once. emergency crews say they ultimately want to conduct as many as three searches of each location. rescuers have pulled more than 100 survivors from the rubble o the homes, but no additional survivors or bodies have been found since late last night. more than 200 injured are being treated at area hospitals. earlier today the national weather service upgraded thaa tornado from an ef for ten and e f5, the most powerful category of tornado with winds topping 200 miles-per-hour. the state insurance commissione said that data -- damage is likely to exceed that caused by the 2011 tornado in joplin, missouri would cost 3 billion i damage. the federal emergency managemen agency says it has more than another 11 and and a half million is all it -- dollars in this disaster relief fund. parts of texas, arkansas,

conclusion? >> well, again, we will see wha happens. when you're talking about someone taking the fifth amendment, his stories changes every single day, look at jay carney, but schedule to be in front of the committee. i hope she is there and answwrs questions from all members and hope we get to the truth. lou: it looks like it is going to be difficult. acting commissioner who is leaving now. what arrogance as he held his head down. and would not respond and then say i did not lie and then the senator appropriately pointing out that he did live by omission . never seen such arrogance by bureaucrats. >> remember the fact pattern here. the inspector general audit sai that in june 2011 the identifie words were changed the laws of the whole formula for how they targeted an selected groups was changed.
