-- fall through the? lou: but the 2.7 million people that are setting up they cannot that is the strategy. lou: the strategy but they are principal to sign up for medicaid. we have competing government programs we create a perverse marketplace as a result. >> not to mention half did not approve the expansion so to his point you could end up with the position you cannot afford this states exchanges if you could get to them and you don't qualify for medicaid because your state did not have it i am not a huge fan of any of these entitlements you talk medicaid you talked

entitlements talk about bronzer silver you talk about a subsidy. our problem is the entire program is based on and subsidies. lou: i am with you but we are caught in the cortex of higher medical costs higher insurance premiums higher government debt and bigger government spending and by the way few were doctors, if you were nurses and a health care system that seems to be the last thing anybody is talking about. >> is a court you were loading down and the horses are fewer and fewer. lou: i got the metaphor but we have the affordable care act but doctor, i want to understand common is it your

judgment t problems go away if they could fix health care.gov or is there a worsening of the issue? >> this is the tip of the iceberg and what has been in the industry the last 20 years the issues with the web site are only the tip of the iceberg in this symptomatic of much deeper problems of infrastructure. there is a problem with consumers getting on the web site and also determining eligibility. lou: what about hospitals for care? >> able be crushed because the financing mechanics that are to get rewarded is of doctors or hospitals can communicate or produced a debt that shows they produce

sufficient care. if they look like anything health care.gov that data will never surface that means doctors and hospitals are at a disadvantage date number one. >> he talks about the larger part of the system those who have medicaid have lower quality of insurance unnecessarily the hospital bottom line goes down and those are in trouble under obamacare you cannot find a doctor who was happy that is in private practice. lou: that the obama and administration would bail them one of the great large looming problems you cannot bail out doctors who are not enrolled in medical school or trained nurses that are not available. thank you very much. coming up, as a new book
