nuclear weapons straight. i think the administration is so desperate for some kind of legacy other than obamacare, they want a deal. they want a deal either with israel on the palestinians which is why you have to the secretary of state hard handing israel, but what they're really what is a deal with iran. it is a lousy deal and what it will lead to is, as you just said, that entire region being awash in a nuclear-weapons, the most chaotic unstable region in the world with the mostly the weapons in the world than the one part of the world that has the essential ingredient for the world economy. lou: pragmatically, realistically, can the united states stopped iran short of military force requiring of their weapons? >> said it is a done deal. they're not going to stop. @%y they have done what they3 have done, fast track initiations combine negotiating with the night in that is stated means that israel cannot attack. israeli attacks, the united states blames israel.

the iranians know they have suckered us into a fast track negotiations, and the deal is in effect. they won't have undergone the shelf ready to go, but they will be so close that everybody in the region knows that iran is a nuclear weapon state and will rush to get their own. lou: ended netanyahu is not simply posing to macy? >> netanyahu has always said if israel will not accept a nuclear iran. the ball is now in our court. what are they going to do? if they do something militarily will be difficult attack and it probably will not stop the iranian program, slow it down, and it will probably come at the expense of the net is its relationship with israel, if you take what the secretary of state and president are saying. lou: i take that it is inconceivable that the relationship with israel would be disrupted, perhaps stressed,

strained, but to be disrupted a cannot imagine. what i can imagine, however, is a russian response if israel does take unilateral action without significant u.s. involvement in the outcome. what will the russians likely to hear if netanyahu it deems it necessary to strike? >> well, this cascading series of events. israeli attacks. well not be ace complete success. then what happens the day after that. does iran retaliate against israel, retaliate by closing the strait of hormuz? where are the russians in this? trying to play a much bigger role in the middle east starting with egypt. we don't know what will happen next, but a lot of things could happen. all of the chess pieces are moving, and you could see within days a larger regional middle east war that we could potentially be drawn into. on the other hand, you know,

iran getting the bomb and then everyone gets the bomb. then where is the world in five years? was with a former cia director yesterday, and he said if israel does that do anything and iran gets the bomb, everyone in the region will have nuclear weapons. the turks will what, the egyptians, the saudis have already said it will buy them from pakistan. it. lou: on order. >> there already paid for them, frankly. so you will have all of those nuclear weapons. when you have low world where nuclear weapons are that accessible, someone will use one. lou: the obama administration, it is so difficult to imagine that intelligent people would be so flummoxed by the challenges of the region that this would be the result. are they truly that incompetence , or is there a greater game being played here that is not apparent?

you to change your insurance. there is not a guarantee, however, in obamacare, that the insurance companies will not decide to change their mind. this is a capitalist system that would not require companies to act in a certain way. if an insurance company decides thaa it no longer wants to offer insurance, they can decide. so i don't know why the democrats and why president obama -- lou: actually, they passed a law just and the four months after the passage of obamacare into which they made absolutely clear, they being the democrats which control both houses. >> we passed obamacare for good reasons, the. lou: and shorts. i am not talking about the darkness of your heart. and just saying what the facts are. let me turn to you. the republicans really have not come up with a rejoinder year, have they? i mean, i am still hearing. they talk about repealing obamacare. a year others talking about the budget, for crying aloud.

i don't understand why the republican party cannot come up with a strategy, an approach, message in the obama administration is fallingstraig. >> you want to talk about that, i think the republican party right now is befuddled. they have no message, direction, no clear idea where they want to take the country and why they should be giving the responsibility back. even more we have seen with obamacare, given the tragedy of the way that this has ruled out and the albatross that sits around the administration and you think the republicans have a coherent message and strategy, and they do not. they better get one in marry. if we are going into the midterm election, republicans cannot give the clear reason why the democrats should be fired and a republican should be hired to my do not see our chances get that big medicine and are making significant inroads announced. lou: they're pounding their chests.
