11, when this considered, in 200011, i was a candidate, sat there, as military person that served in iran, stationed in a we also hadd two or their times demonstrations, you quickly learn the give rent, most people in the military can understand the difference, i watched video, and i heard what they were calling it, that bothered me from the get go for a long time. i'm not on the oversight committee but i attended those hearing with general hamm, i wanted to get to those questions, i was concerned that someone in our military could look at that and call it a demonstration as opposed to an organized terrorist attack. as we come to find out, as i found out through the hearings, no one innthe military ever called that a demonstration. lou: and leaving aside the issue of the mortar strike against the

an eannex. two or three were dead on, is not the stuff of i think any reasonable 5 person would agree, not a group of demonstrators upset about a vvdeo. that is a well-trained, unit at work. so the question comes in then, who was in the room, and had the conversation that said we'll tell the american people this was a demonstration. that is what we need to get to the bottom of. lou: do you think we will? >> i think we'll continue to pursue that. in depends on who we can get to testify. is this -- as you mentioned that in testimony, you know, mr. panetta was one of the people calling this an attack, i would have to assume he had some access to administration and their dig making process on what -- their decision making process on what they were reporting.

>> well, i think head of chamber of commerce feels it is his prerogative to, they will throw a lot of. in right now the pendulum has swung in opposite direct with john boehner and others cracking down on tea party saying their influence is too disproportion @ly high. >> without that energy. a group of people who made all difference in 2010 in retaking the house. >> i know tom donohue, head of chamber of commerce, he is a tough guy, he is largely bluffing, 50 million will be spent throughout the year not just on primaries, i suspect there are few primary they are engaged in. i think this war does exist.

making the party more exclusio exclusionary than it is accused of being. >> part is about money, lou. chamber has a lot, they can spread it around. maybe have a little bit of perspective here. i would guess there is no more than 4 or 5 tea party members in the senate, i would guess in house out of 233 republicans, maybe 40 are tea party members. not as if they are like the most dominant force in town, they are a factor. lou: if they were we would have a different conversation. but while they are in the minority it has been a pivotal influence in particular in outcome in 2010. and again you are talking about more than, you know talking about just about 10% of the house. you are talking a difference, 6 seats make a difference on whether or not republicans

>> that is right. what you mentioned was some of the cia's offices in the u.s. had very little official presence in the region before the cia itself had only been just created. and so they change this wanted to do something different from the previous western powers in the middle east. and it was a former alliance with progressive national tweeters and a set of allies in an area that was crucially strategic. lou: with american representatives through the eyes of those three urbanists.

lou: a federal appellate court struck down the fcc's internet rules. dealing a blow to julius genachowski as the court ruled that the fcc does not have the power to require internet service providers to treat all traffic equally, commonly known as net neutrality. the high court ruling opened the door for phone and cable companies to charge content providers were for their prioritized access and the slowing of internet speeds. it also gives internet providers the ability to remove services that compete against their own offerings. google today announcing the acquisition paying $3.2 billion.
