>> i think that this is a good showing. i no dinesh d'souza as well. i think that is happily pointed out, we are inncent until proven guilty. but it goes to the underlying nature of the administration that has overtly use the irs for political purposes. the point is someone who is a campai donor of obama, to see whether it warrants investigation. as a conservative and one that has written a documentary that was very critical of the president, i think it's interesting in a sense of timing that they are coming after him like that's. lou: i think we should give "the washington post" credit for pointing out to john edwards campaign who stood in precisely the same position with the same amount of money. it was only a misdemeanor in 2007, apparently a far less demanding president with george w. bush. does that give you any pause at all and even the post would point that out?

there are risks manifesting in the mark. lou: i want to put up a chart that i asked for earlier today. to show the relative market of these equities markets around the world. because people get a sense of proportion. we are looking at just about $23 trillion in europe is just about 12 trillion and china a little over 5 trillion. >> yes. lou: this is getting a little silly. because we have a business press that is letting the tail wag the dog. proportionality is crital. when you are assessing risks and making decisions about future bets. >> argentina's market cap is $40 billion. that is actually the sides of the uk connected global risk for a 40 billion-dollar bankruptcy were to go down, that would be massively important issue for

using marijuana. but what ends up happening is that of its legalized it goes crazy. look at california. in california it is legalized for medical reasons, but everyone on the street corner is getting at. so it is used as an excuse. we will give out the local store and it's not restricted. lou: there is an arguent. there was some considerable craziness in california before. and it's so predictable. but the white house -- the white house itself, drugs are contradicting the president on this. so what should people be doing to resolve this? do you say to a kid, stay away? we know everyone is going to be asked to go drinking illegally before age. how do you counsel this? >> well, you can do about fear but you have to go buy a role

model. they have to see how you behave and what your priorities are and you have to hope for the best. then it has something to do with who they hang out with. you can't control people hang out with because a lot of peer pressure is involved. if you do it by fear you're going to lose. lou: i want to turn to ano topic. h1n1 showing up in the country. it looks like a difficult flu year. what do you say to people about what to expect? >> people can still get their flu shots and they should. here's the deal. this is still the same flu predominating that we talked about in 2009. in an epidemiologist told me that 10 dumbest sy around for a few years. lou: there is the good news. >> this year it is still affecting the yog. so that is the group. the target group is still young people and pregnant women. o i say everyone get a flu shot to create a ring of immunity to
