bond investor that they are treating general obligation bonds, does this undermine that market going forward? to say you're not investing is specifically but would you buy general obligation bonds again? >> absolutely everything in the municipal market now has been much more credit oriented. before 2008 when 70 percent of the bonds you could rely on the credit counterparty to do the homework. now you have to delve into credits we recommend active management and do your homework. we continue to buy general obligation bonds but emphasis is more placed looking at the security structure. melissa: what they are doing is monumental you don't
