agents respond in any kind of arms confrontation of smugglers who are driving in vehicles. and i think that even though there are some concerns about how agents are handling the situations, we also have the worry if agents are going to sit there and overthink every situation or are they just going to, you know, not react properly that the way that they should. possibly endanger themselves more than necessary. >> okay, i have to stop. you're basically you are basically asking the question, can we protect our border patrol agents from their own incompetent selves. do you mean to be sayi that? >> if you do, i just want you to understand what you're saying. because i don't -- in regard to border patrol, it seems that there are a bunch of agents that you're saying our hapless.
