college, coming out of college having a hard time writing work, they cannot find work because they keep taxing employers out of the system. they cannot provide employment for any of these kids coming out of college. neil: we made up all of the job loss during the recession. look at the market racing to new highs and the argument falls on deaf ears. what do you say? >> if you believe the employment situation has improved to the point you don't have to worry about it anymore, i have a bridge to sell you. neil: i have enough to deal with these surtax is, don't throw a bridge at it. >> look at the unemployment rate for you right now. it is double that for the national average. kids being sold a bill of goods being sold a education.

neil: this makes it more difficult the very folks who can hire and help them out will be less inclined to do so because the taxes are going up. they were the point with the fox all-stars. so, rick, you were grounding during that period why? >> i'm trying to determine how it will cost rich people more. neil: you will be taxed for it. you are going to pay more taxes to see if this works. >> i don't know if that is going to be true. the federal government making a $50 billion per year profit on student loans. is that really necessary? neil: is it really necessary to put this experiment, to turn it around on the backs of the rich? >> it is another bad bet. there's no guarantee they will graduate, they will be able to find a job.

talking about the jobs created, but a low income of variety of jobs. if you have these excess student loans, how will you pay for it. neil: just see what is the study hike in taxes on the rich to pay for anything and everything whether it calls for supporting and paying the health care law or all the other related taxes in the interim. it is a lie to say it will end right now around 45%. i think higher and higher she goes. >> i think it is important to address the fact president obama is doing nothing here to create jobs or lower cost. he is putting it hard-working americans now. the very people who are job creators.

there is all that money owed for colleges and other institutions, so what they are seeing is after 10% of a debtor's income, it is free money so why wouldn't they continue to have their fees rise, why wouldn't they continue to have their tuitions go up because at the end of the day the taxpayers will have to pick up the bill. that is what we see with the cost of higher education. what the president and his allies in congress want to do is inoculate the forces working on it in the free market and allow it to continue to operate as a monopoly. neil: you're going to have these costs continuing to go up, and what i have discovered is they go up, it is rare they go down. others will stay as well. >> you see the new taxes coming out, maybe this is for a short term, they always turn out to be permanent because the money is distributed elsewhere.

♪ neil: all right. a lot of you in urban areas might not have heard of this company, uber, but it is one of the most valuable tech startups. billions of dollars worth of money into a. the belief that this will be the next big thing. an alternative for you to get a car. obviously the established entities like limousine companies and the taxicab commission is in the cities are not too keen on this unless they can get peace of this. it has caused some uber headaches. >> it should not be. this is, i am going to get my conservative have on here. it is wrong. listen, they provide a fantastic service. taxicab companies could be doing the same thing. they have not bothered sending the money. neil: why can't they work with the? >> and they can't, actually.
