rulings include upholding the arizona state law curbing the epa powers versus the clean water act in idaho. that ruling allowing them to appeal the federal poverty and the landmark ruling this week of the search and seizure of a cell phone becoming a violation of the law. suggesting the extent of the nature of this administration. before president obama took office just a third of the supreme court decisions were passed unanimously. half of their 57 rulings have been unanimous. senator mike leigh telling our own shannon bream that today's ruling is an important check of
