immigration crisis and his ongoing campaign to paint all of the administration scandals as phony despite overwhelming evidence. also tonight from the white house wanting to send a half go in dollars to the so-called moderate operation in syria to fight bashar al-assad. the decision made despite the fact that 300 of our military have been dispatched where his forces are being welcomed by the government. and the state department today couldn't answer a single western of who is hands this would eventually fall into. >> the administration has decided before now, for the same reason, we don't know who is actually going to control this equipment, we don't want to take the risk of having it fall into the wrong hands.
4:03 am
>> criswell, this is only one of the decisions to provide the assistance and overall we have a number of goals, building this and also helping the modern opposition defend the civilians by both. lou: general jack keane here will be joining us live tonight. and democrats pushing the president to a point to get to the bottom of what happened at the internal revenue service after lost e-mails and destroyed evidence and refusals by officials to testify give a strong appearance of a deliberate cover-up. even "the new york times" today in many that they were really to give the story credence. the "a-team" taking up the scandal tonight. in the national football league

4:06 am
>> at least a dozen different organizations were the target of this investigation. the real victims are the american public. because when the government fails to act with integrity, every citizen in a free society has paid the price of a loss of freedom and the fact that a government can trample over your constitutional rights with impunity, that's who the victim is, every american citizen. lou: the politicization, the justice department, the treasury department. this is one of the most chilling things certainly in my lifetime, it may be the most chilling in our countries history if we don't do something about it. >> you and i lived through watergate. remember the 18.5 minutes of the tape. and oh, the nation, particularly this class it was okay with all

4:08 am
>> the most telling statement is when he asked if he wished to apologize. he said, i have nothing to apologize for. i think they have a lot to apologize for. a good case to be made for the abolishment of the irs, i have advocated it for almost eight years now. and more than ever i think that we see the need to rid ourselves of this criminal enterprise, but it operated in the private sector, it would cause people to go to prison. i don't say that lightly. i'm not just saying it for rhetorical purposes. because when you use someone else's rights and you destroy evidence, that is a criminal activity and you just can't do that kind of thing. lou: all the while also wanting to the congress of the united states and the american people. all right, the center for immigration studies coming out with their study, 5.7 million jobs, all going to immigrants. they are conflated in their
4:09 am
government reports and the cas report. what are your reactions? >> americans are not against immigrants but illegal immigration and an unfair field of play when immigrants come in and take jobs because an employer can they be hired him for money and cheap assistance. they are also against opening the borders and having what we have now, which is a disaster. for the president to say that he will demand immigration reform, the people supporting you are having a hard time with a straight face trying to support what is going on with these children being virtually tossed over the fence. it's really a humanitarian crisis as well as a legal crisis. lou: some say it is of the president's making. >> you know, you have to believe that he certainly should have some more to stop it. this should have moved more
