to the unilaterally bestow amnesty after it has been just about a minor minute effort to pass laws that have been rejected in the senate been rejected by congress? >> it certainly looks like it. i am stunned and flabbergasted and we are at a moment that is very critical in this country both for our immigration process and for simply the constitutional framework of government. obama seems to believe that if congress does not pass laws that he won from the past that he has the of ability to do it on his own. when you ignore the rule of law, what you get is more lawbreaking. we have these amazingly preposterous suggestions granting more amnesty and the one that i love the most is that we are now thinking about granting amnesty to the appearance of the so-called dreamers and these are the

minors who were granted amnesty by obama on the theory that as children brought into the country by their parents, they have no responsibility for their lawbreaking so they should have legal status. so obama granted them legal status on the theory that they were a limited category. now the another proposal is to grant amnesty to their parents. and they were the ones who did knowingly break the law so the rule now is going to be bring a child a legally -- illegally in you will get amnesty to. lou: that is a loud and clear message that has an emanating from the white house literally for years now. so let's turn to the idea that illegal immigrants are now picketing the white house because they want to have representation, direct representation, if you're welcome in the of and ration.

so what is a reaction to that demand? >> a sense of entitlement is extraordinary. so this is absurd, here they are having meetings with the white house presenting lists of demands. there is no ending that process. so we have state after state and city after city making it as easy as possible to be here illegally and they get away with it. so everyone gets away with breaking the law. and then what we have, as we said, no more does region between illegal and legal

immigration. sumac isn't it interesting that we have a president whose administration is effectively carrying out a vast and well-organized campaign against the american people themselves that there is deportation and that they did not fictionalized the number that is being deported and at the same time that this is some sort of accident when we issued the deferred action on deportations in 2012 the rise to the current number expected to be 90,000 children unaccompanied, but they really, and 85% of the cases, they have members of their family with them. lie after lie after another and

no one, it seems to me, wants to answer the question. why would the united states bringing these millions of folks when we have an entitlement to welfare system that is broken and the entitlement system and the welfare system is broken and we have people whose salaries are going down and not up and if it were scarcity of labor we would labor price is rising. >> yes, we certainly want to. so the economic side of this which is counterintuitive to the left who claims income inequality in wages of the working class, and think that is supply and demand is a big issue and one that really does stand for in the rule of law in this country. it's an insult to those who came

here through normal processes and respected our laws, the people who came in illegally are now demanding that they basically get to make immigration policy for the american people. the you're right but blame is much more widespread. it's in every city in this country and every state capital is also trying to out at the obama administration in putting down the welcome mat for people here illegally and saying that we want to be given every single right that we possibly can that people here in actual americans departed this. lou: rahm emanuel only wants a thousand of these illegal
