night's clashes and what we can expect tonight. >> tour what begins as a public expression of frustration of police treatment of black people gives way to clashes. two people were shot by police, but by criminals, although officers again resorted to heavy crowd control equipment and tactical teams pinpointed, blocking people from the crowd and arrest records show 70 people arrested, only four of them from ferguson, 18 from out-of-state, supporting the claim that outsiders show up to make trouble. >> i feel like were going to make this neighborhood whole, we're going to make this community whole and we're going to do it together. i'm not going to let the criminals that have come out here and we're live in this community to find this neighborhood and what we're going to do to make it right. reporter: the looting spread and

demos were caught on security video on sunday night first time the door open and then scrambling in a frenzy to collect cigarettes and booze. in the morning volunteers from the community is quietly say many have used the death of mike brown as an excuse to grab something or free or just to destroy it. >> we came here looting. reporter: with the national guard on scene, none of the tactics employed by officials have been able to prevent the violent and instruction. and so community leaders and churches are putting up a call for lawful protesters to demonstrate during the day. >> the main demonstrators, i would advise that when it gets to be sundown that we just go on

and get some rest at this point until we can gain control. reporter: one of the demands of the county prosecutors that down from this case and governor jay nixon has the power to remove him. the republican has art he squared off with the state takeover of the situation. it has been called disgraceful. lou: so far the president calls for calm have had no effect in ferguson. many of the radical activist are saying that the violence will not end until charges are brought against the police

officer who shot and killed him. more than a dozen witnesses support the officers claim that michael brown charged the police officers. it was announced today that brown's funeral is planned for this coming monday. and israel pulling out of the talks being held in cairo, resuming air strikes that after taras wrote a temporary cease-fire launching a barrage of rockets into southern israel. >> israeli military strikes hit

targets in gaza tonight, including where palestinian reports of a little girl injured. israeli fighter jets struck more than 2000 targets, breaking the extended cease-fire eight hours ahead of the deadline. the rockets that were fired sent locals running for cover, knowing the payback was on its way. the hostility prompted benjamin netanyahu to order the israeli delegation to pack their bags and return home. and hamas denied responsibility for breaking the truce but showed off more tunnels today, adding that if israel wants to continue the war, the fighters are ready.

lou: political exploitation and ferguson? >> exactly. there is so much we don't know right now. >> we are rushing to judgment on a lot in. a lot of people are saying that this is an execution. so what evidence is there. lou: without 1 inch of evidence, we have al sharpton who is trying to insight, it seemed, a riot. >> from a legal standpoint you have to get rid of all that. lou: what i am is a citizen who like the audience is interested in why in the world this is being allowed to be perceived in the way this. >> there is a crime that was committed, if there was, charges will be pressed and then he will

be prosecuted, but we don't know anything. we don't know all of that stuff. lou: do we realize that there are no facts in this case at this point? >> there are so many different ideas. and we also have a governor who is upset because the police department released video that shows michael brown just minutes before he was shot and killed strong arming a convenience store owner or employee. >> that video will never see the light of day. >> at that point that the officer have a reasonable plea in his head?

was he in danger? was anyone else in danger? >> why are there not consequences to the way people behave. i'm not talking about the rioters or the looters were the demonstrators and there are no consequences to this. gore has moved in. [talking over each other] >> and we have to start looking at the history and you have to want to see that. to not show you? there is a defamation lawsuit. and they have gathered up under the bandwagon and honestly they

were not. lou: is there any way in which to assert law and order and reason. lou: where are the political leaders? >> it's all over and done. i know one prosecutor who was disbarred and etc., long after the fact. were still in the fact seeking area right now. we don't know. >> no one is going to take on those individuals. lou: okay, ladies, thank you so much. good to have you both here. both of you wearing green today. >> i know, i know. lou: and chris christie the money seems to still be there. hell of a clinton still has a lead over the of front-runners even rand paul we see some encroachment by him. >> i was talking to the very republicans you just mentioned that went from chris christie then they went to jeb bush now mitt romney but their heart is really with chris christie because they think he has the charisma and the connection to overcome the scandals. lou: but can he? >> no.

i don't think he can't. lou: as we watch these candidates nobody talks about in ferguson this president tries to not leave his fingerprints although his policies have contributed to what has happened with jobs, business creation. household net income of 21,000 people. >> i find interesting the president and rand paul i'm sorry paul ryan have said let's not politicize ferguson but yet in my view it is a political issue. because the more rioting rioting, looting, a disorder , it plays into the decider -- law and order for
