start. >> i do. i think this company will surprise. >> i agree, buy it on the dip. that's it for "forbes on t here. we continue with eric boling and s . \s. you're right, mr. president, isis is a threat, but it could go unchecked sneaking across our borders, even the homeland security department admitting it's a problem. are the immigration policies putting americans in danger? plus the nfl getting ready to drop on the ball on domestic -- we have proof the league might be getting a bum rap. and rush limbaugh, cashin' in starts right now.
9:31 am
hi, everyone. welcome in. our crew is here this week. welcome, everybody. isis trying to infiltrate america? don't believe me? take a listen to this exchange from senator mccain and the undersecretary of homeland security. >> haven't there been recent reports on twitter and facebook of messages that would urge infiltration into the united states across our southwestern border? >> yes, sir, there have been twitter, social media exchanges among isil across the globe, speaking about that as a possibility. >> that's just frightening. we are literally leaving the door wide open for the dangerous militants on the planet.
9:32 am
your thoughts on this? >> this guy, is a senior official with homeland security. he's denied this. he said, you know, there's no way this is ultimately going to happen. we'll catch them, we'll do all of those things. in the meantime, a journalist tested that theory. he goes down to mexico, comes across a border wearing an osama bin laden mask, and he's not stopped. how crazy can you be? >> that was james o'keefe. he did a little piece that is very interesting to see what he found. he could walk across the border, and a little theater going on there, but michelle your thoughts. we really have to worry about this. if our border is that porous, and isis -- we know they have the capability to get to mexico, hondur honduras, central america. what's there to stop them? >> remember, isis is making a million a day, at least a million in office revenues, so they have the money to do that.
9:33 am
mexican car tells, all they care about is money so the possibility that isis will give money to car tells to help them is very likely. cia estimates now now that isis has about 20 to 31,000 members. the members continue to -- every time they have a bit of success. all you need is one of these people to cross the border to inflict harm, and we have an open border to do that. >> jim, you have to admit the border is so porous, they told al baghdadi said in new york when we left them go in the middle east. >> i disagree that the border is so porous, didn't you also tell james o'keefe to stop, enough was enough. >> i said you made a great point, i wasn't sure you needed to use osama bin laden. to mial apologies to mr. o'keefe, because we have the
9:34 am
undersecretary saying, yeah there is a chatter. >> building a border fence that's been proposed and basically turned down for many reasons is not going to close out of our borders in the way that i think you're pointing to, eric. we already have an over militaryized border. >> what? >> yes, we do. i'm from texas, i've been down there, and building that fence that divides the university of texas el paso, it splits up families, it makes no sense. >> there are portions of the border that are secure, but we have 1900 miles of border. jonathan, we heard this week that the country saudi arabia has decided to do it right, they're going to build a border fence. what do you think of the saudis doing what we don't do? >> you want to copy the saudis now? you think they have a ton of
9:35 am
great ideas? i disagree the whole secure the bodder nonsense, i think it's a red herring, a gop power grab to limit immigration, just like the patriot act, just like the whole department of homeland security, which bush invented, birr. there's no way to fence in the united states. we've been trying to keep drugs in, we haven't done that. this whole idea that someone is attacking you, you know, hold yourself up, that's exactly why you go on the offense, you droid the enemy. that's the only way. >> let's pull up the first full screen of the two austrian girls, beautiful girls, who have decided to take up arms with isis. you can see the picture here. surprising, shocking. here's the other big issue. now show me the picture of branden tevlin. i know this family personally, my son goes to school with his younger brother. here is a kid who was murdered a
9:36 am
couple months ago. everyone thought it was a drug deal gone bad, but this kid is a straight-a sawed student, then they thought this was gangland-style murder, because he was shot six, eight times, left to die. ben show this guy, mr.ali muhammad brown, it turns out he lived in north carolina for a while, traveled around the country and has decided to take up arms for jihad. he believes that his goal in life is to pay back -- a life for a life. i'm going to bring it around, michelle. we don't necessarily have to wow irabout our border, they're home ground right in our backward. >> yeah, there are thousands who have actually from the west who have gone to fight with isis. that is a problem, which is why it's important we revoke that are passports immediately, yet the state department doesn't want to confirm what they're doing. they shouldn't be allowed to come back to america. >> michelle, if you're fighting a war, you don't revoke their
9:37 am
passports. you put a bullet in their heads. >> okay, so we know that they don't come here. >> well, this whole idea of let's try to protect ourself, the whole notion of homeland security is false. it supplies this endless war. we heard it from bush and now from obama, we'll be in this endless wars. if you annihilate the enemy -- >> okay, these are americans home-grown terrorists, do we put bullets in americans' heads? >> if they're fighting for the enemy, absolutely. they forget their rights once they join the enemy and take up arms against the u.s. >> you're restless there, what are your thoughts there? >> i think what jonathan says is specious at best. these people have been at odds with each other for 2,000 years, the sunnis and shiites, and we'll have to reconcile to fighting that.
9:38 am
as far as sealing the border, she's wrong there. the russians did it in berlin, we can do it. >> yeah, let's just follow the russians -- >> just shut up a second and listen and maybe you'll learn something instead of talking all the time, you know, jonathan. erecting a fence across the northern border with iraq, and then because they have something -- they know at least we can -- stop the infiltration, we can at least limit, if nothing else, we'll know who is coming in. >> let me -- we learned also this week there's some patriots who decided to tick up arms and secured the border on their own. when they see an illegal coming across whether it's a require, a field, they will stop them, and they see that most will turn around and go back. is this what we're coming toward, american citizens have to protect our own borders? >> it certainly should not be, and border agents have issued a paper saying don't come.
9:39 am
if you come, make sure you announce who you are. >> hey, don't come, but if you come, announce who you are. don't lie. don't lie to us. >> these my lisha men went after a group of conservative folks who are actually looking at studying builts. they thought that they were undocumented people crossing the river, and they went up to them and they were heavily armed. >> these are american citizens who are doing -- they're doing what they feel their constitutional right is, to go stand on the border and scare illegals to go back. >> where is that in the constitution? >> of course you can do that. >> to protect our borders -- >> let me ask my constitutional guy. jonathan. is it okay -- they're not arresting them, not shooting them, simp rp simply saying go back, and it's working. >> if it's their property? i guess that's the question.
9:40 am
america is privately owned. people should protect their property. i think the whole notion of outlaws standing on the border trying to protect the border i think is pretty insane, it does nothing to keep us safe from jihad. >> what do they do when their neighborhoods are being destroyed and there's crime and there's danger? what are they supposed to do? the government isn't protecting them. >> that's the point. our neighborhoods aren't being attacked by immigrants. they're being attacked by jihadist it is. >> there's a lot of crime and drugs on the border. >> we've run out of time. again, i've got to tell you all this, #cashin in, breaking records for twitter each week, trending 33 saturdays rolling. your comments will be seen by a massive twitter audience, a rancher twaeted this -- what porous border?

ray rice beat his fiancee and now the nfl is taking a hit for it, too. it seems like the focus has shifted to how the nfl dealt with the abuser. should the outrage but on who the bad guy works for? >> of course the bad guy. the last time i checked, the nfl commissioner didn't knock out his wife. when chris brown beat up rihanna, people didn't blame his record label. when charlie sheen choked his wife, no one blamed cbs. now everyone is going after the employer. unfortunately domestic abuse affects people in every single industry. that doesn't mean we should go after the people's employer. when you do that, you're shifting the focus away from the person who committed a heinous act and shifting it to an employer who has nothing to do with it. >> no one is really pointing the
9:46 am
finger at law enforcement, either. >> and it's their responsibility. to michelle's point, domestic is criminal assault, should be prosecuted by the courts and by the police, not by the public, not by twitter, not by the nfl. the league may or may not want to fire him. listen, they can do whatever they want. they did hire sex offenders for all i want, but to michelle's point, who committed the crime? it was ray rice and he should face the consequences. >> here's a sound bite from a yawn lady from the football game on thursday night. take a listen and watch what she's wearing. >> this would be speculations, always, but you can't tell what happened in their relationship. >> 2-7, ray rice's jersey from a ravens game. >> i field sorry for her. when it comes to the nfl. if they're going to lie about what they knew in this incident and try to blame the victim, in which they did, and what the
9:47 am
baltimore ravens did by putting some of the responsibility on his now wife, and if they give these players a platform in which they become national role models, then yes, there is every opportunity for americans since they were going to vote with our wallet, we're going to hold them accountable. what i'm outraged about is this $9 billion company is a tax deductible effort that we were all impacted by. >> we're getting offtopic. i'm going to bring wayne in. number one offense i ray rice clearly. number two law enforcement dropped the ball. number three, the ravens organization, why is the nfl the only target of everyone's eye right now? >> it's crazy, eric, you touched on this this past week, and michelle is exactly right. the employer -- there is -- there was a time, an
9:48 am
old-fashioned morals clause in most of these contracts. it's a legal question, it's not a moral question, and the league is not the employer in this case, the ravens are. that's who his contract is with, so to blame the league and roger goodell, it has nothing to do with if. why is the league even involved? >> exactly. >> the worst part is the media is promoting this. we're going to have to leave it there. i love this show so much. coming up, so what americans do think is the biggest problem facing our nation today? is it isis? terror? no, the shocking answer is something right here in the u.s.
9:49 am
9:52 am
in just a few minutes at the top of the hour. hope you'll join me. a new poll finds americans don't think terror's the biggest problem facing the country today. congratulations, president obama and congress, it's the government. i guess we shouldn't be so surprised. >> americans get it, they understand that government is potentially the biggest threat to your life, not just your livelihood, but your life. they've got a legal monopoly on the use of force. in this country, government is limited. it has the guns. it can literally do anything. think about north korea, cuba, soviet russia. they can put you to death. in america, the whole notion is limited government, protects you, it serves you, you don't serve it. >> the economy, jobs, that's still number one, right?
9:53 am
>> well, it is and it isn't, eric. i think these are shifting priorities all the time. the immediate one is a threat from overseas from terrorism. that's going to affect everything. that affects the economy because you have to build up the military. that affects our seat and our freedom because it means it's going to be a certain amount of clamping down. that's immediate. the long-term effect is yes, the government is a danger. >> why do people dislike government so much? >> well, the oscar shouldn't go to president obama, the oscar should go to the tea party and the mouthpieces that have promoted this. they have broken government and they brag about breaking government and they point to numbers like this as to why government is a threat. >> so you have a democrat-controlled senate and you have a democrat in the white house but you're going to blame the tea party. quick thoughts on this one. >> look, the reason, they know
9:54 am
the government right now is run with all these pack jamma boys who don't know what they're doing. all the problems we have in america have either been caused by the government or the government has made it worse. if we want to fix it, we have to get at the root of the problem which is cleaning house in washington. don't blame republicans for these problems. if you remember, the democrats had the house, the senate and the white house -- >> i'll blame men. in fact, it's women who are necessary to fix this. go to voterunleague.org -- >> just go right for it, republican men's fault -- >> republican men -- >> coming up, rush limbaugh, weighing in. what he might have to say might surprise you, but not us. >> "cashing in" has
