melissa: because i didn't like what you had to say. starbucks wasn't to deliver you from the drinks long lines. they gave a weaker-than-expected outlook for the quarter. i love this idea. we're supposed to focus on earnings. the fact they said they would deliver to your desk? coffee? really? >> i like some starbucks and cost me 2.0 about tore a cup of coffee? why is that? that is my biggest problem with starbucks. i couldn't care less about this. >> i always thought overpriced coffee was a fad. i now think it isn't. you will get pretty heavy drone traffic in big cities now with all of these new delivery options. and the fact that starbucks -- melissa: you think giving you coffee by drone? that is pretty dangerous. you will get burned. >> ceo, as i understand it, he spends almost all of his time on mobile payment technology which you could say is very dialed into the customer. on the other hand it makes you wonder about the product. i don't know. maybe -- >> don't like the coffee or

something? >> i think the numbers actually aren't that bad for starbucksbuo much. i don't think it's a food deal. melissa: okay. gopro going gangbusters after better than expected third quarter earnings. mobile camera maker reported revenue of $280 million. that was topping 266 million that wall street was expecting. jack, do you have a gopro? >> i don't have a gopro. i'm amazed this stock is doing so well. really taking me by surprise. what have smartphones done to handheld cameras? devastated that market. here is company that makes essentially cameras. granted they're differentiated but so far doing well. >> i will buy a gopro at davos and sneak into a party with a go pro. i will see if it works to catch jamie dimon having a drink with french diplomat. melissa: it is about action capture. some as they try to pivot to regular cams a will they continue to make money? >> making money i think that is big difference between this era and some earlier once. this company makes products that

driver's license. thanked me for my vote. on i went. no threats of coming after me why i voted or who i voted for. this is one of those areas where what's legal isn't necessarily what is advisable. these are public record that people can get. are often used in elections. my goodness, certainly doesn't look good. melissa: in fact, jack, they say who you vote for is your secret but whether or not you vote is public record. >> yeah. my understanding, everyone's understanding that higher turnout is good for the democrats. this is not quite a get-out-the-vote drive. this is get-out-the-vote or i will find you and hurt you drive sound like. it is strange. melissa: it is strange. james freeman, you think it works? >> it might. it is odd. we usually think of voter intimidation cases as people trying to discourage people from voting. this is saying -- melissa: a little intimidation. >> threat you better show up. it is a little odd because the democrat ekh party has become known for a very high-tech, sophisticated social media capability to identify people and motivate them.

gibbs college. then it was abandoned for years. bain haunted house came in. they bought it. there is about 3500 haunted at strack shuns like this one. what are you doing in the toilet over here? haunted attractions like this one, across the country. this is $22 per, per ticket. 1,000 people came here specifically last night. and, bringing in sales, nationally, if we're looking at average ticket price being 15 bucks, a billion dollars just for haunted attractions. put that on 2.2 billion in candy. you see how big of a holiday, halloween is. this is tremendous. we're just showing a small section of this haunted house. it is 40,000 square feet. and, so it's a great business opportunity. for the guy who operate this is on halloween is over by the way. he does, some videogame excuser shuns in the space. we're breathing new life into these zombie warehouses if you will. melissa: are you okay?

galactic story. i want to show you the markets. we're in rally mode as well. the dow is up 152 points. adam shapiro on the floor of the new york stock exchange. what can you tell us? >> if we hold this into the last hour of trading and when the closing bell rings, we'll have a new closing record for the dow, 17,349. not quite the intra-day record, the all-time record, 17,395. well above the closing record. the nasdaq hit a new 52-week high as well. the s&p 500 trading above record close. not quite at all-time high which would be 2019. keeping an eye on this. all of this being motivated by interest rates, and investors ignoring the negative news that came out of the commerce department today for the first time in eight months in september consumer spending fell two tenths of a percent.
