decision to hear what had been known about how the case will be known as the king case or jonathan gruber's comments devoe lowered enrollment numbers from the administration, take those in totality and what it suggests is not only is obamacare not fit to stay, not only are we not likely to see tinkering at the margins but there are questions about how sustainable it is from external factors and internal factors. stuart: i don't see how you can undo the damage that has already been done. obamacare is in place. it has shifted resources around enormously. how do you undo that? >> there is no doubt obamacare is in place. it has begun to be implemented but look at the perspective of the kind of collapse you alluded to, the possibility that we don't have as many people in these risk pools to make some sustainable. there's not a good option on either side of this continuing to implement obamacare is it is and have the numbers come in lower and collapse of its own

weight, or come up with some kind of transition to more market friendly system, it will be different, there are a number of oral care -- republican alternatives that are better than others. there has to be a significant government role as a bridge. republicans convince the country to go that way after 2017, but the idea in obamacare as we know it today is what we are looking at in -- it is falls. stuart: as i look at this thing i see chaos and i don't see any way around this chaos for a couple years. what's a you? >> that is exactly right. that is the key take away from this past week. there's a reason the obama administration reduced numbers. they're talking potentially 9 million enrollees. other estimates have as low as 7 million, even that is not likely to be enough. industry expert says you need to

come in patrick from gas buddy, obvious question if the decline is down to 0.1% in one day, is the long run down over? >> i don't think it is completely over. we will be slowing down a lot compared to where we were in the last few weeks. we will see the national average under $2.90. it will take time to get there, not just over night. maybe a week or two. stuart: have you ever seen a decline like this? we attracted at 47 straight days where the national average has come down and in that time frame we are down $0.42. have you seen that before? >> we have but the economy, talking about 2008, we saw that, but that was expected in 2008 in the time we are looking at now, a complete surprise. stuart: we usually check with you to find the cheapest gas in the country. i don't think i did that this morning. can you tell me where it is? >> still 225 gallon in spring,

texas. nonetheless still 225 a gallon in taxes. stuart: is that the strikes station in texas? $2.25? what is with spring texas? what is this? >> a little over the middle of nowhere, no one has heard of it but low-cost, that is exactly why it is so cheap because there is no overhead stations passing along the lower cost to their motorists. stuart: patrick, so you say the decline is not quite over. we might drop a few more cents, right? >> be on record saying the decline is not over yet. stuart: when you are on, thanks very much, always a pleasure. we just got the final sales numbers from ali baba singles day, $9.3 billion worth of stuff sold in one day. make no difference to ali baba, stock is down 4%. got a headline for you,
