melissa: president obama taking action to shield millions of illegal immigrants from deportation. casey sigal is in the border town of mission, texas. what is the reaction there? >> this is the rio grande river. just on the other side is mexico. part of the president and executive executive action spares the parents of illegal immigrants. they have been in the country for more than five years. that one measure alone applies to more than 500,000 undocumented immigrants in the state of texas alone. really, it is no surprise that

there is no underlying statute for which this executive order is based. what the president has done is serve congress. it will be a targeted appropriations issue where they will not fund the implementation of the executive order. they will earmark, if you will, those specific funds. i think the president has chosen to be on this collision course. i think it is unfortunate and it has damaging consequences. melissa: what is the impact on your economy? >> we will see a flood of additional illegals.

there is no consequences for breaking the law if you are an illegal. make it to the border and you are home free. it is not just hundreds of thousands. melissa: what you think is the end result? >> i think you will have what i call the constitutional crisis. i think it is completely eradicated, the possibility, politically. i am sure, i am sympathetic to the sheriff. the president short gap approach to this, it could be someone else. you create a process of illegal immigration.
