their top hat and tails living on yaugts, we're going take the money from them and spread it around because as we know that kind of policy has worked so well in the past with the stimulus and all the other taxes that obama has increased, but let's get back to the basics of why this is going to hurt. this is a capital gains tack. why do people have capital gains? because they invested in capital. entrepreneurs, small business, large corporations, invest in capital to grow their business. the reason they grow their business is to create jobs. if you take away the incentive for people to actually get a capital gains you take the incentive away from people and corporations to invest in businesses. they stopped doing that, brenda it hurts jobs. it has to. you know, obama -- economics is at zero. i give it at f if he ever took a

they train former speakers to go back and go into is western countries and create acts of jihad is what they're calling it. this is what happened in france, the batallion trained these guys to go over there and killed these people. these are threats to our country. you can't stop a suicide bomber. it's almost impossible, but you can keep enemies out of our country. >> what do you think? this is bad for national security? how? sfwl we need to take a step back and look at the optics. so, anybody who has trained with ice is that we are aware of that we would not allow in they're on our radar. they're not going to be doing anything in our country. this bill is irresponsible. it's weak on national security. and the reason is that if you're banning them from our country, where do they go? yemen in canada? it's better to have them on our radar than put them on trial and actually convict them and then deal with them. >> but meantime --

was still a united states citizen. i understand what he's trying to do. we're going to rewrite the constitution. this can't be done. >> gary, what are you doing? are you surprised it hasn't been done yet? >> when i heard this, i was like you mean there's not a legislation about this? this is the most obvious of obvious. these are people that want to come here and destroy and do paris number two, three, four and five. i don't see any downside to it and i'll go one further. renounce their citizenship. if they're going over there to train to kill us, are you kidding? the number one goal, number one rule of government is defend the people, come up with the legislation to do it. >> but our forefathers are rolling over in their graves right now because they would step up and say, okay, throw the book out the window. we should allow this. forget the constitution. protect our people. >> john, do we have to do this to protect not only ourselves,
2:16 am
but our economy? >> i think so. small terror events have been blitzed on the economy. cost us $3.3 trillion through wars and the economic loss we had. yes, this is a major thing for our economy and safety and gary i understand your point. i disagree with the fact and if a law needs to be changed it needs to be changed to protect our people. >> well, i would say then you are going down as we say, the slippery slope. where do you start changing the constitution as it suits your needs needs? do we take away freedom of speech for people that get up on the sidewalk on constitution avenue and start saying united states is is an evil place and i'm going to bomb it today? no, we arrest those people. we don't then say oh we're going to change free speech. >> but gary, if you're training with a foreign military group to come back and have combat against americans if you're bombed as you're part of the group, you're going to be killed and i think that's where most of these guys deserve to go. >> i agree with you. >> so, why don't we arrest them?

believe me. look i agree with tracy partially. if finances are not that big of a deal in your family yeah, then don't worry. for most families though, i don't think that's the case and look, a good relationship, the number one thing is trust. if you can't trust the other person and they're doing something behind your back, i think you have the foundation there for a ruined marriage, so i would try to be up front. >> gary another expert. you've been married fore ever, what do you think? >> i know nothing. all i can tell you is if you are a spouse and you are hiding big accounts from your spouse there is something wrong and it is a big deal on a one-on-one basis. the good news is i don't think most people have that going on. but i think tracy said it best if it is there's probably something that she mentioned.
