what about the run-up of the last 31 days. it seems to have gone up faster than it came down. you want to explain that one? >> crude-oil prices $43 a barrel, brings it up to $50 it seems prices go up faster is and they come down? >> we stabilized around $50 a barrel gas prices are still going up. >> this is where we are having the disconnect as crude oil inventories surged. yesterday they advanced another 8 million barrels. at the same time gasoline inventories plummeted 3 million barrels so you are seeing the disconnect and a lot are asking what is going on, we'll going down gas going up, the refinery is not functioning as it should. we are not getting enough gasoline production. stuart: jasper, texas $1.27. >> i am shocked they're holding
