charlie gasparino, jack hough of baron's and liz macdonald of fox biz. what do you think of the markets here? >> small caps are doing well because t of overseas exposure, not as much as large companies. people are worried about the strong dollar and their ability to export. they don't export. that is why russell is doing well. i think rally is short-lived. we don't have any short sort of correction or supply until later this year. melissa: emac is the rally all about the fed? >> depends on the stocks. look at certain stocks. they have already previewed a strength in the dollar. hp, caterpillar microsoft hitting earnings. a lot of chip guys and other companies moved their operations overseas. so, you know, they have, should know that the dollar has been strengthening. i think it is already factored in. >> by the way one point multinational companies have more upside earnings surprises

about domestics although hurt by the dollar not as much as analysts think. >> i look at 30,000-foot view of the market. i think it is all about the fed. when you have janet yellen saying we probably won't raise rates in june, investors look for reasons to buy stocks. melissa: yeah. >> whenever there is positive headline they will buy stocks in that contest. melissa: a triple whammy for hillary. this just crossing the head of the benghazi committee is asking hillary clinton's team to turn over her personal email server to the state department. plus, in the race for the white house new report finds 54% of likely voters want democrats to nominate a fresh face. hillary's headaches don't end there. the poll comes as another report turns up the heat on the clinton foundation, claiming its biggest fund broke a promise to the white house when it stopped disclosing donors in 2010. emac, what do you think? >> say hillary by a long stretch, say she wins the presidency what are they going

to do about the clinton foundation? you can't squeeze it into a blind trust. it is all about the clintons adhering to the letter of the law and not the spirit of the law. just coming right under the limit what they should be doing. so i think really hurts hillary in the long run. melissa: even more than 54% of democrats said they should look for a fresh face. i thought more surprising 57% of democrats 54% believed democrats should look. 5% of democrats think they want a fresh face. more than half of democrats don't want hillary according to poll? >> the email issue is a bit of a mess. melissa: maybe that is the noise? >> from the foundation my scandal meeter is a three. melissa: really? >> if the money went to feed hungry kids, i don't care if saddam hussein was the top donor. melissa: clinton slush fund? >> for charity. now if we -- melissa: i bet went for personal expenses. >> if we're finding out that she, the clintons benefited personally from it --

>> how could they not? how could they not? >> that and swayed her in giving u.s. favors we have a big scandal. >> how could they not benefit? people that do business with government, like big corporations, other countries do business with the clinton foundation and hillary clinton they will expect something in return. goldman sachs did not give money to the clinton foundation, they could have given it to the goldman sachs foundation by the way, because it is so charitable. it gave money to the clinton foundation because it wanted to kiss up to hillary. it wanted stuff in return. i will say this though. here is one thing about hillary clinton she shows no shame. she won't care -- >> that is a compliment right? >> won't matter to her. she will trudge on and fight on. rip people's heads off that get in her way. >> whoo. >> her defense is the foundation helps people. but this is so loaded with conflicts of interests this story has legs. i think it drags on, if she does win the nomination. melissa: yeah.

amazon is one step closer to delivering your packages by drone. the faa giving the green light for amazon to test delivery drones but not without a few strings attached. the operators need a private license. can only go as high as 400 feet. has to be 500 feet from people not associated with the experiment. but it is a step in the right direction towards getting all your packages flying directly over your head. >> what about airports? melissa: rural area on private property. >> more impressed if amazon were developing a way to deliver profits. i don't think these drones will come to fruition anytime soon. >> you got to like the fact that they're innovating, don't you? melissa: yeah. >> that is what i like about the company. they throw stuff against the wall of some of it works, some of it doesn't. that's what i like about the ceo. he does different things. he has taken chances. over time he performed pretty well. >> in terms of stock he hasn't delivered earnings but the stock has done well. melissa: even better that an drone delivered packages
