cover. the most people that cannot afford this fluctuation that they are seeing. >> they are certainly vulnerable to it. we find that they do not move together. by and large they do not necessarily drop their consumption and vice versa. from a risk point of view, you could be facing the risk of and income declined. you name it. when we combine that exposure that an individual has we find that the average household would need to have put aside $4800 of liquid. money aside to really withstand that. there is a gap. it is important that this gap is true across the whole spectrum. we do seem to have enough liquid assets to upset the volatility.

him kind of guy. the people that do not like him say he lives off government subsidies. >> which is partly true. a lot of people say that tesla is not a business model that would withstand the pulling back of all the credits. about this particular grant the defense market, the air force crony capitalism and the defense market have gone at it for decades now. president obama loves all of his green projects. it is not surprising. we were relying on, for some of our projects, on russians. do we really want to be allied with russians? i do not think so. it is nice to have it with people that we trust more than the russians. is there crony capitalism?
