payment to an apparent blackmailer. ashley: the indictment talks about hastert and things we don't know. a list by misconduct in a period of time when dennis hastert was a high school teacher wrestling coach in suburban chicago. he agreed to pay 3.5 million. he never pay the whole amount. the two counts in the indictment try to circumvent banking regulation by many under $10,000 in line to the fbi why he was doing it. what we don't knows the circumstances around prior misconduct. we don't know what that means. stuart: we don't know what the person was. we don't know any of that. if there was misconduct, it took place before he was speaker of the house. we also know he was a populist maker.
