the dhs agents, pretending to be civilians, and the efficiency of those machines that can show your bits in graphic detail. but they can't tell a bomb from a bellybutton. sixty-seven out of 70 times tsa agents failed to detect weapons and explosives and other odious devices that could take down planes and sent us into another national tailspin. so basically if you want to get a weapon of mass destruction through an airport, 95% of the time it looks it's working every time. homeland security director jeh johnson was so angry that he was spitting fire when he turned his bus around and drove to the tsa headquarters to give nolan carraway the patdown of his career. he has been relieved of duty because he was like, no way. and sure, he has been reassigned, but what about all

the times that you have been pulled aside and searched and shamed because you tried to bring a noncompliant bottle of listerine onto an airplane. if you have minty fresh breath, the terrorists win. the next time you get pulled aside for extra screening, just tell them that you are part of the red team. yes, not only will they let you get on the plane but they will probably give you a block of c-4 for good measure. because nothing is going to change at the tsa despite an infusion of cash for better machines and more blue gloves. the only thing they can guarantee us is inconvenient lines and the slow erosion of freedom. making us safer? as if. tonight on the show, vince on taking a hard-line stance in favor of guns and scores as hollywood's biggest libertarian and does he have a bigger problem? and president obama patting himself on the back for making america a respected again.

kennedy: news from the world of obamacare and surprise, surprise, it's not good. none other than the white house, many are seeking huge premium increases, companies cited higher than expected care costs. due to the rising cost of restriction zones and other expenses. we have a health policy expert and senior fellow at the london hunter for policy research. peter joins us now. thank you, he is the senior editor at reason magazine, welcome to both of you.

>> thank you for having us. >> it's so great to have you. >> putting this to you first. why are premiums on the increase? why despite? >> because the premiums were too low to cover the health cost that were there. this is a pool of people that is older and smaller and sicker than the insured is expected and so they priced low the plans, what we are seeing is the very popular plans that are asking for the biggest increases so far, flocking to those low price plans and those people ended up having much higher health costs. so now there is an adjustment as a result. part of this to think about is that one of the things that obamacare advocates have said for a while is that premiums are coming in lower than expected. it's a little bit ridiculous because nobody sees what a premium should cost. but second of all, what we are seeing now is that these

premiums are too low to be sustainable. and you just can't do it. >> you hear all of this and the fact is that this lot is a sweetheart deal for insurance companies and it requires you to buy their products and requires taxpayers to subsidize it. so if you look at what has happened over the last four years since the law was passed in 2010. these stock prices, come as a big insurance companies have doubled and quadrupled and they are just going towards the ceiling. and that is a bad deal. and here's what has happened with these premium hikes that we are hearing about in the double digits, 20%, 30%. it's not the consumers or the nine or 10 million people who are buying these plans are getting clobbered with these hikes but the fact is that their cost is based on their income when they go to the exchange. and guess who is getting taken to the cleaners. the taxpayers because they are

the ones that have to pay sees ever rising costs. >> that is why government watchdogs have been concerned the entire time. so obviously the pajama boy advertisements did not work and they didn't get enough young and healthy subscribers and now we have other individuals and we are going to learn about that decision very shortly in the month of june. what happens if the supreme court gets it? >> you know, the supreme court is not going to gut the law if they decide against the administration. so it's important to say that what they are saying is that the obama administration broke the law and they have to comply with the law. so it's important to think about that first and foremost, but if that is what they say in that is their decision, what we are going to see is a standoff between republicans in congress and the administration that basically has said we are not going to agree to anything except, you know, a very straightforward fix that gives

a teacher in a school in west virginia reportedly decided to reward the well behaved and hard-working class by giving each student a piece of candy. but now mind you that she didn't take them to a self-serve yogurt and candy birthday and let the kids gorge themselves on food coloring and processed petrochemicals. she gave each kid a single piece of candy. since the school participates in the national school lunch program, they have to hear to the strict federal standards or they risk losing their funding. and according to the daily news, the district food individuals got wind of the simple act of kindness and threatened to fine her as if the extra 20 calories in each nugget were going to push her portly charges right over the cliff into fat land and diabetes, this is another glaring example of why centralized programs of any kind
