throughout the show. good answer? ashley: and it's true by the way. stuart: i have a sugar break at around 10:50. sugar and caffeine. everybody understand? neil, i believe it is yours. someone just be honest, you are drunk. jeb bush, scott walker, you name it, they were all there. the interview that stood out for me getting incredible reverberations today, my chat with don peebles. let's just say off the rose for mr. peebles when it comes to financially help being hillary clinton. >> today's democratic party is not a party of opportunity anymore. we have one candidate demon aiding the airspace and they've been in politics for 44 years. that's not an environment of
12:01 pm
opportunity. neil: maybe i got it wrong because you sound so so when hillary clinton as i do on vegetables. >> i am frustrated with the democratic party. they have been talking about the wealth divide and frankly it is a divisive discussion dividing the country as opposed to bringing the country together. neil: think of the magnitude of the statement and from whom it is coming. a big financial player in the democratic party. a friend and confident to barack obama saying he doesn't like the message in the signal democrats have been sending. does that mean he all of a sudden most of the republican side? hard to say. he is impressed with the likes of scott walker. donald trump right now on what he makes of this. >> i know donna needs a good guy. i am surprised by his statement because he is pretty much a solid democrat and that is a big
12:02 pm
statement, maybe a sign of things to come from a lot of people. that is a surprising statement. neil: it is interesting to me, too. there is concern among some wealthy liberal financial types that the party is moving a little bit too populist, a little bit too anti-success and they are afraid of the message and how it translates. >> well, it is a very negative message. look at bernie sanders and is taken everybody wealth away and let's start all over again. that may be popular, but that will be the end of the country as you know it. so it's a very negative message in terms of people that put people to work. sure neil: i know you have this big june 16th announced that. but if a billionaire enters this
12:03 pm
race, aren't you going to be all of these guys? >> perhaps so. i've always said it's very hard for a successful person and rich person to pay a tremendous amount of money to go into politics at the presidential level. i have cited many times and i'll say it again. it is very tough. i've created wealth than i can do that for the country. if i run and when i could create tremendous love for the country. i could create jobs for the country. china will not be taking advantage of us. i made a fortune dealing with china. bank of america building, san francisco and other things. i made a fortune dealing with china. there's a way you can do at china and make a lot of money. right now gdp is going down for the first quarter. it's unheard of to go down. nothing is easy but i know how
12:04 pm
to make this country great again. i now have to make her have to make our country rich in which we have to do to make it great. that is what i do. i think i would be the best security president. >> if you do indeed announce something on the 16th. right now you are taken off a lot of republicans. you recently made a remark about the candidates out there and the fact they don't really well year. you talk about their wealth or lack of it or what they bring to the table. it may not translate. i know the politicians are never going to make this country great. the republican nominee, not you. >> that's okay. i'll be all over the world building projects in doing what i've been doing very well.
12:05 pm
i just bought turnberry of scotland which is one of the resorts in the world. the neil: if one of these guys when they might want to keep you in scotland. >> that is fine. it doesn't matter. i'm telling the church. i tell the truth. some people like it and some people hate it. i am telling you they will not be able to make this country great again. i know to negotiate. i wrote the book on negotiating. that has been my life. they don't have a clue. neil: there's no one who would doubt your success and what you've done. you sound like a brighter. when you set on the most successful than ever to run for the presidency by far. >> that i added something to the end. neil: no one has been more successful than me. i'm the most successful person to everyone.
12:06 pm
i had the gucci store that is worth more than romney. >> i had something at the end. and that is the mind that this country needs in order to be great again. we need not mind that. they never like to write that. neil: you raise a valid point. i took the first chunk of that remark. do you think that could hurt you? >> i'm very disappointed. that could change if he were to enter this race and declare and be out there and state your case as you do. what then? are you troubled by polls that show at least a this stage you are not firing on all cylinders? >> nobody thinks i'm running for one thing. it is sort of an interesting thing that they don't, but they just don't. all i'm saying is that had the ability to do great things and the ability to make things gray.
12:07 pm
that is the mind that the country needs. if they don't have the mindset it's not going to happen. i know many people running. politicians are all talk no action. the country will keep tottering along. will be second fiddle to china and second fiddle to mexico which is the new china. if they want to do something good and if they don't that's okay. my life is an interesting life and i've employ tens of thousands of people over the years. we have to see what happens there. neil: it sounds like you are going to run. i will wait out for now. here is what i want to get a handle on how you would become president. for one, you would he one of the richest to ever get the office. in real terms i don't know if you saw this "wall street journal" piece that john f. kennedy had he inherited his
12:08 pm
father $1 billion, and the adjusted terms. what do you think? >> i don't really know. i've built a great company and put a lot of people to work. >> carlie fiorini comes in around $80 million. what you think of that? >> you know the answer to that. i don't dislike her. i don't know much about her. i don't think i've ever met her. she got hired at hewlett-packard and that's negative and she lost the race in the land fight. >> i think she's very nice. two big negatives. let's face it. >> the white house is technically smaller than a number of your homes. i've raised this with you before. would she do what michael bloomberg in new york is skewed
12:09 pm
the mayor's mansion, the mayor's residence and live somewhere else. use the white house for events and nothing else. >> now, the white house is a very simple and certainly you stay there because i am building across the street from the white house. we are going to be opening up in the middle of 2016 which is an interesting date and will be the best of telling washington. >> i will ask you this. if you announce they will be all over you, pointing to your financial records, going through every grade you got all the way up to more than everything else. >> it has been my life. i've been pretty public anyway when you think of it. i've had great success. neil: this is public and a whole
12:10 pm
new level. >> i've had great success, my statements are phenomenal. i get my financial statements very early. i put a tremendous amounts of people to work. i negotiated against the best in the world and have come out on top and that is what the country needs. that is the mindset the country needs. if it is me, that is great. politicians will never do it. neil: we shall watch. donald trump, it is a pleasure. >> thank you. good luck with your new show. neil: in the meantime, what is going on with martin o'malley. you know the anti-wall street -- you wonder where the rage comes from. my buddy has been looking into this and it might not be exclusively driven at this point by antipathy towards hillary clinton. as you found out it could be something altogether different.
12:11 pm
>> i love trump. he's a great businessman. he marketed his new hotel. neil: we could do a lot worse than someone whose rough-and-tumble. be that as it may. >> we should point out that martin and o'malley in his speech announcing he would run for democratic against hillary clinton did a fair amount of baker bashing. named ceo of goldman sachs lloyd blankenship by name. you can say he became a point public enemy number one against the cats on wall street to have a lot to worry about. martin o'malley makes some good points about them. or should point out now that wall street is fighting back with what the fox business network has learned. he talks come a day top. martin o'malley has been eyeing campaign contributions in recent
12:12 pm
months. prior to these common, we do know sources have confirmed that he met with officials at morgan stanley for a meet and greet to raise money for his campaign before his announcement. we should point out it is unclear how much money he will get. the filing deadline comes in middle of july. from what i understand, he didn't get a lot of money or he won't have a lot of support. neil: was the surprise and what his tone of rhetoric has changed? >> i don't know martin o'malley. if you stake out a position against hillary clinton, where she vulnerable? there's no doubt buoyed playing fine, but the big bankers have a very negative connotation among the american public.
12:13 pm
neil: i am wondering if he drives the part. >> we should point out the clinton people in wall street people are telling us this is mark o'malley being a hypocrite. he didn't get the money so he went after them. we also hear he is looking for money and contributions from reform minded wall street people and people to his campaign that from places like goldman sach j. he does have a statement. we should put up the full screen. neil: everything charlie says is old. >> that his denial, denial, denial. they can make as many meaningless tidbits as they want. governor o'malley has shown he will stand up for his own party for a real structural
12:14 pm
accountability reform on wall street. neil: they are following it very closely. >> i am telling you, i think the wall street connection to hillary clinton and jeb bush is a big drop him for that. the firm's control way too much power in washington. neil: charlie gasparino, following developments elsewhere. this guy is the best on the planet. no one gets quoted more. no one takes off those in power more and no one is a bigger pain here at fox. >> and no one has a bigger expense account going. neil: you should see his expense account. we thought it was for a year as meals. that was just one dinner. take a peek at what is going on in new hampshire. south carolina senator lindsey graham in south carolina. he is focusing not so much.
12:15 pm
we are getting into a national security, you know, we've got the whole nsa funding issue presumably down. many people say the security has been exposed and compromised. we shall look at that. the top of donald was raising not only whether he enters the race but what it says right now about democrats looking for a billionaire of their own to enter the race. the push for a former new york mayor to take on hillary clinton as the big-money backers to work quite as rich, who think he should. here at td ameritrade, they love innovating. and apparently, they also love stickers. what's up with these things, victor? we decided to give ourselves stickers
12:16 pm
for each feature we release. we read about 10,000 suggestions a week to create features that as traders we'd want to use, like social signals, a tool that uses social media to help with research. 10,000 suggestions. who reads all those? he does. for all the confidence you need. td ameritrade. you got this. new york state is reinventing by leading the way on tax cuts. we cut the rates on personal income taxes. we enacted the lowest corporate tax rate since 1968. we eliminated the income tax on manufacturers altogether. with startup-ny, qualified businesses that start, expand or relocate to new york state pay no taxes for 10 years. all to grow our economy and create jobs. see how new york can give your business the opportunity to grow at ny.gov/business
12:17 pm
12:18 pm
12:19 pm
neil: we are just getting news that homeland security secretary mike mccall established a link to an isis cyberattacker who hacked in the so-called also treated as attackers in garland, texas. if that is the case and that is true, that is scary. he will be joining us in this broadcast. he's the guy to go to one night and we will. the big apple talk that a former mayor of this city is being aggressively recruited by some liberals to take on hillary clinton. they are looking right now to michael bloomberg to be on the left to take her on. i don't think it's fair to say he's a pragmatic billionaire who ran for mayor as a republican. he lives in many eyes more republican than democrat. democrats and republicans argue
12:20 pm
he is neither one of us. the fact of the matter is he did have a successful 12 years as mayor and they are recruiting him right now. mort zuckerman, a billionaire in his own right was the second person they called. >> when they were calling people at alphabetical basis. >> that's a big offense to hillary. >> i think mike bloomberg was a phenomenal mayor of new york city of new york city and i'm proud new york city and in practice they say we were the only newspaper to endorse him the first time he ran. i've had some exposure to him. he was a phenomenally talented man and i think he would be found at any level of public policy. i've no idea whether he will run for the presidency. neil: was considering an independent run even with all of this money. this might be a little more.
12:21 pm
>> without question if they caught the nomination of the republican party and this particular time when there's a lot of turn. >> you would be challenging hillary. >> my point is he's the leader of one of the two major parties with his ability to reach across the political boundaries. he is not seen as a hard-line democratic liberal. but somebody who's extraordinarily effective in public office. will be a very serious candidate and he will be tough to beat. neil: he used the wind you will never elect a divorced -- >> as they grew as the capacities and management was recognized. it's a very strong -- not saying he's going to win.
12:22 pm
neil: how about town in the south were they like their big old and he's taking them away. >> other areas he would be effectively a pragmatic politician would do very well. i think he would do very well. in the northeast he would do very well. >> a very good record in the city. a very successful record and business. to let this insane right right now about the democratic party and their frustration with the disapproval numbers rocketing. and her lead overall republican candidates is narrowing. >> it is very strange how these things work. she's a phenomenal lately, but her ability to handle the public is somehow missing. she can't get herself out of these things in the smooth way
12:23 pm
her husband was able to do in different ways. she is a very talented lady and get the political dimension has not yet come through to make it easy for her to deal with all of these things bound to happen in the campaign. if she doesn't do better, she will have real trouble against almost any republican. neil: real quickly when it gets her thoughts on what david axelrod was quoting the president saying that he has been a good friend to the jewish people. you know ,-com,-com ma i think i am the closest thing that has ever sat in his office. for people to say an anti-israel or even worse anti-fanatic kurds. >> it may hurt, but as we say, i don't need enemies. i think he is one of the most dangerous precedents vis-à-vis israel that we have had in my lifetime. he has my judgment dramatically undercut the support for israel
12:24 pm
in addition to that he is alienated all the natural allies that the united states in that region. saudi arabia, jordan. neil: so you don't share his angst about this loss of love? >> no, he will lose a huge amount to the jewish community and the people concerned with the same issues. not just israel by the way. he is going to have a nice impact on the election. neil: always good to see you, more. feel better. i know you're battling things. >> always good to be here. send a check the usual place. the neil: in the meantime here remember with mike huckabee yesterday in her window, one of the big things he was saying is chris christie and leave social
12:25 pm
security alone. it would be disastrous politically for anyone to think otherwise. politically he might be right. a former governor ran for the presidency when it comes to bravery he couldn't be anymore wrong. gary johnson is next.
12:26 pm
12:27 pm
12:28 pm
>> you're looking at a bull stuck in a well. now i know what many of you think, neil, neil i know you said that this was two hours of unscripted news coast to coast but you also said that it would be germane to stuff that matters to us. this matters to you. because a bull stuck in a well refusing to get out could be a bull market stuck in some very controversial headlines and developments unable to move forward. stop that varney. all right. letting you know but not only this bull. what do you do in this well -- the bull is fine. but maybe not this market.
12:29 pm
and now one of the things about this market, see everything comes arranged. the news you can use. one of the thing about this market is it is longer term about getting entitlement and low and behold it is a powwow of republican presidential kaingts in orlando. i'm talking to mike huckabee tell megaall of this about how we have to fix social security, chris christie says we have to do all of that. no we don't it is fine. it is fine. listen to this. >> i think a lot of people don't know that 6 million americans are getting social security . if you start telling them by the way, we lied to you and took money that you worked an no choice and voluntarily extract it had from your pay and told you it was going to be there but we do -- >> a promise broke it. i mean, that happened a lot. >> and it causes cynicism in government. with the willingness of
12:30 pm
presidential candidates to take on issues like social security and entitlements whether you argue or want to call them entitlements, the favor a long-term future for them former republican new mexico governor libertarian presidential nominee of 2012 what did you think of what the governor was saying? >> well, i think that biggest threat to the national security is the fact that we have a 19 trillion dollar debt and then we have the undeclared liabilities that go along with that. so not only do we need to reform social security. but you've got to take on medicaid. you have to take on medicare, and -- god forbid you're going to have to take on military spending. >> governor what he's saying is you don't gotting to take on sol security. leave it alone. >> of all four of those that i just mentioned, we do need to address social security. it is the easiest one of the four to fix. i mean, means testing, very fair, raising the requirement
12:31 pm
age very fair. you could be able to self-direct your funds so -- >> more like cadged more like chris christie and his approach to this. >> yeah -- well this was the easy one of the four that i was talking about. military spending medicaid, medicare. these get to be more difficult. but of those four social security easiest and i agree with chris christie when it comes to this but i don't agree when it comes to dropping bombs to keep drones fly. but social security yeah. but let's -- where's the dialogue on medicaid and medicare? >> you think mike huckabee is patronizing with the leave it alone approach. >> leave it alone approach that is putting your head in the sand it isn't justbee but politicians that promised the moon and there are consequences to promising the moon. i think we're at that point right now. look, identify what the biggest thereto to our national security is, look there's no free lunch. i think the fact that we continue to print the money that
12:32 pm
we print at some point is going to come back to bite us really big that is inflation in a really big way. >> thank you. always good seeing you, my friends. >> thanks. >> sorry across the coast to coast in the name of the show. what is beginning on in california, a huge drought and trying to secretly wart their lawn. but you know, now, now they found a way to go after them. and i mean really go after them, after this. you wouldn't take medicine without checking the side effects. hey honey. huh. the good news is my hypertension is gone. so why would you invest without checking brokercheck? check your broker with brokercheck.

>> all right well this fifa scandal might be accelerating but when it comes to swiss they have the blatter at this point, he is fine when it comes to swiss not such a guarantee right now with the u.s. authorities. but o'connell has been working on that and rely on expertise because his kids play soccer but -- i think you're a coach as well. expertise is now sure. >> that is what we're all about. finding something -- >> is this the swiss? attorney general comes out as they did moments ago and said they're not going after this guy blatter, this story has just about everything. not just sports but crime, drama, like a mob story you're right to point out it doesn't mean that loretta lynch won't go after him. >> spearheaded to begin with.
12:37 pm
>> kind of interesting just politically you're the new attorney general, of the united states, who do you go after first? you go after the most popular sport in the world. but at the same time you go after corruption, everybody hates corruption. >> so standing this to six rogue guys. what is going on there? >> we have a list and there's lower teat tay lynch but we have the list of the most wanted the police put out this red alert for the six. do you know any of these guys, neil? >> italian comment before the mob market, and now saying that i should know one of these. >> two fifa officials and four sports marketing executive. top left of the screen is most interesting jack wariner i don't know if you saw the story head-to-head been -- a soccer official but asked to defend himself he makes video of himself and uses a steerical newspaper the onion of his defense. but this was this guy. other thing that kale out about this story and this will get to what they're going after here, basically accusation is pretty
12:38 pm
simple that this world cups were budgets and paid for. earlier this hour as a matter of fact we heard that yeah that is what they'ring loo at that the 2018 world cup in russia and 2022 world cup in qatar are keys to the investigation. so the sign that qatar at 140 degrees there, and that is what they said wait a minute. >> you would think it would be like saying you have a new show and they said day two do a live remote from orlando. the alarm bell should have been that it was too hot. >> thank you great having you. pmpleg powerful so bad -- after last appearance. mcconnell thank you very much. other breaking news regarding apple. big week it is very rare for apple jo ling kent with the latest. >> not an apple product it is a beets product acquired beets for $3 billion not too long ago. they're recalling the beats pill xl bluetooth speaker it has because of risk of fire, in
12:39 pm
fact, eight people have is reported overheating to apple one complained of burns, so you can get a $350 credit for the speaker, but you can't bring it into an apple store you have to fill out a form on apple qbs to send you a box to send it back. now one of the main reasons this actually matters addition to overheating is next week on monday where we will be live reporting, we are expected to hear more about what apple is doing with that very expensive beets acquisition are they going to unveil streaming service that has been reported what are they going to do with the beets line it have luxury goods as well nice headphones and and speakseg but a product that apple did not design. neil. >> thank you very much. in the meenl mean team in california they have a draft and they like to we're the their lawns. you do that combination it doesn't end well when it the government is cracking down. taking it down.

marks installers trying to convince people hey, pools over a few years doangts use as much water as a lawn. >> people snitching on each other if they're not compliengt. >> an app that up in northern california near lake tahoe has launch it had, where you can take a -- you can report someone who is overusing water, and it actually sends a gps signal -- snitching. >> i love that. >> but you would. >> you would -- give me in a heart beat. >> that is nice. >> pretty much. [laughter] speaking of la la land they're going to confirm likely that $15 an hour minimum wage here's the thing right now, though, a lot of unions aren't too keen on this, and they -- they want to ever been ka out for them. is that a bit hypocritical saying if they were the ones pushing these --

said at the offset of this show financial backers like don close friend of president obama, aren't necessarily translating that to continue support for hillary clinton. robert wolfe joins us right now with 32 advisors saying he does manage to get all for the president. >> good to see you my friend. what do you make of this? >> i'm not buying it. that i think secretary is going to have incredible democratic support. >> many are urging michael bloomberg when others are diving in fast they must be sensing blood in the water. >> listen, i think it is clear to have a real primary and sanders o'malley whether webb comes in. >> bloomberg could be an incredibly interesting candidate, obviously, i know mayor well and big fan of the mayor. >> who do you like more? eferghts both but supporting secretary and i will continue to support the secretary.

>> you don't think there would be anymore to these allegations through speech, she and a her husband, there could be potential hankie panky with the appearance of quid pro quo and deals to hurt her presidential? >> i don't i think a lot offing things that clinton foundation is doing is great for the world and with the gates foundation, i think when you look under the hood under 25 years you're going to see a lot of things that the media will twist and turn. at the end of the day. >> don't need to twist and turn to see a lot of same stuff right? >> listen, i think that, you know, there's a lot of he said, she said that goes on. i think at the end of the day -- >> not addressing it? >>ening -- well like to see her come out and address it but early in doing her announce nmght a week. give it time. i think that wreer taking 30
