the forces sustained throat injuries consistent with mustard gas. intelligence agencies say this is the first indication isis has obtained banned chemical. shows increased sophistication in their capabilities on the battlefield. firms say isis could have obtained chemicals in syria. that is where inspectors have been unable to verify claims by the syrian government that i had it did destroy all of it is stockpiles. >> investigators looking into the cause of two huge explosions. we showed these yesterday t was earlier this week. a warehouse in northeast china, stored volatile chemicals. and -- [gunfire] senior chinese official defending fire fire iters first used water on the fire. safety officials say the move could have contributed to the disaster. the blast killed at least 50 people including a dozen

discussion of news article detailing a u.s. drone operation. the ap says there is the separate conversation that could point back to highly classified material in improper man other or merely reflect information collected independently. this could have significant implications for clinton's bid for president. this week clinton agreed to turn over to the fbi the private server she used when she was secretary of state. >> also breaking news this morning. u.s. prepares to reopen its embassy in cuba, former cuban dictator fidel castro has his hand out for some u.s. cash. how do you like that? castro telling local media u.s. owes cuba many millions of dollars, his quote as compensation for 53-year-old trade embargo remains in place and not part of the restoration, since it requires congressional action. meanwhile secretary of state john kerry is in cuba to raise the u.s. flag.
