the forces sustained throat injuries consistent with mustard gas. intelligence agencies say this is the first indication isis has obtained banned chemical. shows increased sophistication in their capabilities on the battlefield. firms say isis could have obtained chemicals in syria. that is where inspectors have been unable to verify claims by the syrian government that i had it did destroy all of it is stockpiles. >> investigators looking into the cause of two huge explosions. we showed these yesterday t was earlier this week. a warehouse in northeast china, stored volatile chemicals. and -- [gunfire] senior chinese official defending fire fire iters first used water on the fire. safety officials say the move could have contributed to the disaster. the blast killed at least 50 people including a dozen

discussion of news article detailing a u.s. drone operation. the ap says there is the separate conversation that could point back to highly classified material in improper man other or merely reflect information collected independently. this could have significant implications for clinton's bid for president. this week clinton agreed to turn over to the fbi the private server she used when she was secretary of state. >> also breaking news this morning. u.s. prepares to reopen its embassy in cuba, former cuban dictator fidel castro has his hand out for some u.s. cash. how do you like that? castro telling local media u.s. owes cuba many millions of dollars, his quote as compensation for 53-year-old trade embargo remains in place and not part of the restoration, since it requires congressional action. meanwhile secretary of state john kerry is in cuba to raise the u.s. flag.

china's currency finally stablizing after beijing devalued yuan over last three days in a row. china's move aimed at boosting economy. second largest in the world. that is why we're paying attention. devaluation rattling global financial markets, sending u.s. stocks sharply lower earlier this week. we're trying to rebound today. mark fake per, gloom boom and doom report, that u.s. government is overstating economic growth. >> nowhere near 7%. more likely closer to 2%, if any growth at all. >> ing research saying that they lowered their third quarter gross domestic product, expectations for china to 6.7%. that turmoil in china raising the question whether federal reserve here at home will start to raise interest rates here for the first time in nearly a decade at next month's policy meeting. nicole.

board. gains of .2 of 1% of the here in the u.s., how do our markets look? flat to slightly lower. dow jones is down 10 points at moment. we have to show you oil. this is unbelievable happening in the crude markets. oil is holding $42 a barrel. it is down and pushing closer to the $40 threshold. >> i like that. u.s. stock futures, eh. well you've been waiting for apple tv. how about you wait a little longer because sources telling bloomberg that apple will delay live tv service until at least next year. the company planned to roll out the service delivered over the internet this year. discussions with broadcasters such as cbs, twenty-first-century-fox, parent of fox business to license programing are said to be slow-moving. apple also facing a lack of content for the new service.
