3:30 am
bet on a resurgence in gas processing. >> but we've seen oil prices way down. >> i like it. it's gut-clinching. watch out for that. >> thanks for watching, ate you being here. have a wonderful weekend. keep it right here. eric and cashin in is next. >> you see what's happening with illegal immigration. you see kate in san francisco and what happened yesterday in california, which was horrible. >> gop presidential frontrunner donald trump reacting to another illegal immigrant accused of killing yet another american, and the police chief where the brutal attack happened is saying this. >> i am not remiss to say that from washington d.c. to sacramento, there's a black trail into the bedroom of marilynn phares. >> so do we need to fix our broken immigration system before more innocent americans are slaughtered? hi, every. i'm aircraeric bolling.
3:31 am
welcome, everybody. brutally raped and beaten to death. this time the victim was a 64-year-old air force vet. her attacker reportedly is an illegal who was arrested six times in the last 15 months, but never deported. now, michelle, does this prove trump's case again? >> yeah. i think he is right. we need to have a serious conversation about what's happening on the border, and also sanctuary cities. this isn't just a problem in terms of safety. it's also a problem in terms of the economic burden that's being put on taxpayers. each illegal immigrant that's here in the united states costs about $24,000. they tend to contribute on average $10,000 in taxes. the benefit that they receive exceed the amount of tax that is they're paying. it's costing taxpayers $14,000 per illegal immigrant, and we're the ones who are having to pay for this. we need to have a serious conversation about it. >> it seems to be happening again and again with these illegals. they're caught. they're arrested. they're not deported. then bad things happen.
3:32 am
>> i don't think you can measure lives and money. >> do away with the cities that are sanctuaries. just do away with them. then get rid of that, and then, as you said, build a wall at the border. >> well, trump said it, actually. just like the dmgz with obama care, you're using these emotional appeals to get control, to get power. i mean, just take the idea of a wall, which is, you know, one of trump's big ideas. i mean, first of all, it's assanine from a financial perspective, but it's about control. trump is going to decide who gets -- >> why is that assanine from a financial perspective? literally we spend tens of billions of dollars on these illegals coming here, deporting them, going through the processing. >> how much are you going to
3:33 am
spend staffing and maintaining a wall that is the entire length of the southern -- >> go to -- if president obama wants to fire 40,000 military members over the next couple of years. why not use those people. don't fire them. use those people to build a wall. >> well, eric, i mean, this whole idea of a wall is about control. let me just say his other big idea which is universal deportation is sinister. it's absolutely vicious. the idea that we're going to use american law enforcement to round up illegals, demand to see their paperwork and send them on a train out of town. >> to michelle's point, if we deported everyone who is here illegally right now, it would cost between $400 and $6 billion and take 20 years. the vast majority of illegal immigrants that are here are not criminals. we have 90,000 people who are not citizens right now in our federal prison system. that's illegal and legal immigrants. >> they violent the -- yes, they violent the laws. we can't say -- >> we can't do that.
3:34 am
that's -- this is what jeb bush has been talking about. i know that he gets picked on all the time. >> perfect timing on that. go ahead. go ahead, producers. roll that sound of donald trump addressing what jeb bush said about immigration and amnesty. >> jeb bush will not be able to negotiate against mexico. the whole situation with jeb bush with his active love, it's not working. >> jonathan. >> first of all, you're trying to make a correlation between illegal immigration and crime. the truth is there is no correlation. illegal immigration is up 300% since 1990. the crime rate has been cut in half. >> again, you hit this a couple of weeks ago, but, you know what, handgun ownership in america is up over the same period of time. is it -- as are you pointing out, jonathan, is it -- handguns are more available to americans. you can't do that. the fact is if illegal -- illegal aliens, illegals commit hire crimes at a higher rate.
3:35 am
>> if you are saying that, you know, we should -- that we have more handguns and crime is up, doesn't that go back to -- >> crime is down. >> against the whole -- >> crime is down. >> well, that's the whole point. we have illegal immigration up and crime down. let me just say trump's other big idea is tariffs. the free trade guy wants to impose tariffs to keep illegals out. >> michelle, weigh in here. >> i love jonathan, but i'm sorry. you are absolutely wrong. this is not about control. this is about safety. we need to know who is coming across the border. the idea that we should just allow anyone to come across the border and not protect our borders is insane. especially when we're dealing with isis, when we're dealing with people who hate america. we need to do away with sanctuary cities. i don't think that we should round up every single person and send them back. we should definitely be -- >> okay. we should be sending back people who commit crime. the idea that we're just letting people get arrested six and seven times when they're illegal immigrants and letting them stay here is insane.
3:36 am
>> there's been a lot of talk about how sanctuary cities need to cooperate better with federal law enforcement, and i think the left is fully supportive of that. to the general point about this, it's not about just having an open border. i'm not for an open border. over 70% of americans believe that people who are already here in the country have a right to stay either as legal citizens or pathway to citizenship. that's what jeb bush is talking about. these people are generally nonviolent. they're hard-working. they want to be part of america. our country is built on a foundation of immigration. >> just basically taking money from the system. they're not being contributing members of society. >> i don't believe that for -- i don't believe that for a bit because they don't get to somehow entitlements that so many tax-paying americans do get. there's no discussion of repeeling the drug laws. there's no discussion of getting rid of the entitlements, which are some of the big reasons that those so-called nonproductive immigrants come to this country. >> wayne, where are you on this?
3:37 am
i mean, there are so many avenues that could be. by the way, we're not just talking about trump's ideas or jeb's ideas. there's a mix of some of each of them. >> well, jonathan is. the rest of us may not be. jonathan is. it's obvious that you can't run the country this way. you've got to stop the illegal -- you say illegal alien. as i said, so many times on this program, when you start with the word illegal, you can't go anywhere after that. if it's illegal, it's against the law so you just got to do away with it. >> let me ask you this, though. if you do go ahead and say you're here and we're not going to prosecute you, we're not going to deport you, just -- how many more illegals are going to come across the border and declare that's your role? hopefully a not. tremendously productive.
3:38 am
a grandmother and her two grand daughters again. how many more of these mugshots are we going to have to put up before we say, okay, enough is enough? >> how many murders were occurred last -- yesterday by nonlegal immigrants. >> it's not how illegals come in here and kill everyone. >> no, it's not, swron than. what he is saying is it doesn't matter. if one better than is murdered -- if one person is mured by an illegal alien,
3:39 am
that's one less illegal alien that -- >> can i just show you. here are the numbers. i love numbers. i live by numbers my whole entire life. the crime rate, the violent crime rate among illegals is higher than the american population. if that's the case, then they should all not be here, period. >> it is foundationally that makes sense. how are we going to execute it. we don't want to spend the $400 billion to $600 billion and spend the 20 years doing this. we know the vast majority are hard-working people that want to be a part of america, the american dream, all that we stand for. how do we execute this? i think the only answer is comprehensive immigration reform. >> that's your thoughts and very popular. i believe there are several republican candidates who are going to agree with you. we have to leave it right there. very heated topic. we'll leave it right there. you can continue the conversation right now on twitter. there's a hash tag war going on, and we are win it with wake up
3:40 am
america. you have made our hash tag the political site for the 2016 cycle. put that on every single one of your tweets any time you tweet. coming up, the donald not just striking a nerve with americans on illegal immigration. what he says we need to do to cut off funds to isis and beat it for good.
3:41 am
3:42 am
3:43 am
we have to go in with force. the oil is their source of
3:44 am
wealth. >> as critics blast the obama administration for not doing enough, do notted trump is outlining his plan to defeat isis and someone better do something fast. new reports say they have chemical weapons, and in just the past few days, a couple from mississippi was busted for wanting to join isis on their honeymoon. every week there are more and more threats. is trump right? would cutting off their oil be a good way to cut off their funds? >> yes, absolutely. cut off their oil. cut off the bank supplying them with money. cut off every resource they have that helps finance this. absolutely. >> that's actually not to my knowledge. if it's only 10%. most of the funds comes from the looting and plundering of the area they're occupying. the role of this particular idea that these people aren't motivated by oil. i don't know what you are laughing at. >> i'm laughing because there
3:45 am
are so many reports that oil is the vast majority of their source of funding. >> all right. well, check my twitter feed. i'll link to the article. they still need to be paid. otherwise, the fighters will fight another jihad. they are mercenaries. >> yes. i agree. i think that we need to go after their source. we need to pick up our air. we need to show that we have -- we are taking the threat of isis seriously. there's no reason for them to resist isis because they feel like isis has already won because america is disengaged, that america does not care about going in there and having a strategy, so we need to show them that we are interested in defeating isis so that they can resist them, but they feel like this is their own only. they have to -- they care about
3:46 am
money and ideology. the idealogical front, the economic front, and then also militarily. the former chief of staff of the army has said we should be talking about getting boots on the ground insofar as putting people, embedding them with iraqi forces to help train that and to help them fight, and this wouldn't turn into a full scale ground troops war, but that we need to do more to support them. michelle is absolutely correct. they have largely lost the will to fight. ash carter has spoken about this and what a dangerous threat that is to the security in iraq and also to the world more largely. i think there is more that we can be doing on the ground. there's the air strikes and air strikes towards their oilfields getting back to how we began this. >> that's kind of a win-win across the board. we need to surround their -- that will be putting american boots on the ground. this is something i could push back on. >> not necessarily. in other words, if we rely, for example, we incur it to the
3:47 am
north and do it in syria. if we allied ourselves with people who are against isis, that's what we need to do. >> let's start with twlash. >> i'm happy to start with that. >> one of the things jessica mentioned was ideology. let's start with that. for example, trump scolded the cartoonist, my friend bosh, when he drew mohammed. just the fact that, you know, him and others want to negotiate with iran, i mean, that's the biggest state sponsor of terrorism.
3:48 am
. kulz to boycott. is going gender neutral a good or bad business decision. we debate. you decide. >> i think it's important for the shopper, for the consumers for the moms and dads to let target know. if you shop at target and you are offended by this or upset

bandaras. now back to "cashin in" here on
3:52 am
the fox news channel. >> i get back to doing your business and doing with american family in mind. >> is target making a good or bad business decision here? >> well, listen, in terms of sort of target and the toy section, i'm from the maria dumont saury school. play is the child's work.
3:53 am
>> the pc police are a small group of people that are offended by everything. democrats love to say that republicans are anti-science. here they are denying biology. i mean, is target going to remove the signs from the women and men's rest room? no. i mean, this is just them going after and bowing to the pc police. >> gender-based marketing is a phenomenon from the 1990s. we're acting like this is -- we know that little girls play with gi joe's. i think there's an anxiety here that this is going to, you know, turn our kids gay or that you will walk down a gender neutral aisle, and you'll come out
3:54 am
transgender. that's not -- >> this is not what people are ofteneded by. >> there's a ton of money. there's billions of dollars in the gay community. maybe target is making a good decision here. >> i don't know whether they are or they're not, but their research will tell them what they're doing. it's a free market. they can market any way they want to. they can market girls toys to boys, boys toys to girls. it's a question of dollars and cents. if it makes profit for them, that's what they'll do. >> way to tie this show up in a fantastic way. coming up, the iowa state fairgrounds becoming fair game for presidential hopefuls this weekend. will the one having the most fun there have the best chance to win the white house?
3:55 am

all right. i want to say thanks for our crew for joining us. you can head over to fox news.com/cashin in to see wayne and jonathan's stock picks. time to wake up, everybody. well, it's that time of year again. the iowa state fair. this year i think it's going to be a doozy. there will be the usual array of crazy fried things like fried apple pie, fried twinkies, and fried peanut butter and jelly on the stick, and the butter cow is always super popular. there's a new attraction headed iowa today. it's donald trump. in true trump style, he is arriving in his helicopter. the trump campaign had asked to give the kids helicopter rides, but the organizers denied that request. probably a good call on their part. they did allow trump's chopper to land on the state
3:59 am
fairgrounds. now, that's a perfect metaphor for this whole 2016 race so far. a big old helicopter with trump ablazed on its side slowly landing in the middle of the iowa state fairgrounds. crowds gather to catch a glimpse. kind of like what's going on in the race. look, donald trump is a businessman, a showman, and a brand master. for example, according to trump aides, at 1:00 p.m. today mr. trump will proceed to the fairgrounds for meet and greet and he will be seeing the butter cow. whether he is your next president and whether you are a fan of trump, you have to admit this is fun watch it all. who knows if fun is enough to get the nomination. only time will tell, but i will tell you, i'm really enjoying watching all the career political pundits trying to figure out what trump is going to do next, and also watching them attempt to explain why they've been so wrong in predicting his political demise. my best advice to my pundit colleagues? just relax. enjoy the show. try a fried twinkie or

something. good evening, everybody, i'm lb. hillary clinton has been spinning her e-mail scandal for months now and now she seems to have spun herself into a spiral from which she may not recover. as the justice department takes possession of her private e-mail server, she insists she did not send or receive communications that were classified at the time, as she put it. and for the first time mrs. clinton is not the front runner in any primary or caucus state. the latest, she's now running behind senator bernie sanders in new hampshire, but the republican front runner remains unchanged, donald trump still leading in the
