high school hand is one of the great u.s. investment banks that finally went public. huh for watching. don't forgetthat's it for forbe. keep it right here. eric golden time. >> one thing that the united states can do is to begin to admit more syrian refugees. >> it's being kwauld a disaster of biblical proportion that is syrian refugees storm europe. the obama administration planning to bring at least 10,000 more here to america, but this comes amid reports isis is using the refugees to infiltrate the west. are we inviting a costly terror attack on our own soil? hi, everyone. i'm aik. welcome to cashin in. our crew this week, wayne rogers, swron than, michelle, and -- i understand the new men are -- yesterday was the anniversary of 9/11. don't we need to think about the
3:31 am
nation's safety and who we are bringing over here? >> the refugee crisis is horrible. it's heartbreaking. we cannot just allow people to just come into our country and weaken our criteria in immigration standards in order to let these people in. we have to be very cautious. they are coming from an area, a war-torn area, where there is a lot of anti-america sentiment. this is the perfect opportunity for isis to try to bring some of their sympathizers over to america. we shouldn't be focused on the symptoms of the problem. the refugee crisis is a symptom. the problem is isis. let's focus on destroying that. >> syria could also be the problem. your thoughts on allowing 10,000 or who knows, 20,000, 1100,000 refugees to come to america. >> until you destroy militant islam, the refugees, the immigrants, then home grown guys, everyone literally is a threat. everyone is a threat until you
3:32 am
destroy to michelle's point, the core threat here, which is militant islam. >> coming to america -- >> so you're okay with this? you're okay with bringing 10,000 or even more? puck a number. ure all right with it? >> it costs us nothing. governments should not pay for one meal, for one plate of food, for one house over people's heads. >> john, you know i love you. you know i respect your views. it costs a boatload of money. it's the freebies, not the immigration. ice eshas said they radicalized refugees that are in europe right now. they may or may not be will. we don't know. how difficult would it be toral
3:33 am
callize a 20 something-year-old guy with his family there, and is he starving and looking for a buck. just trying to survive. isis comes along with $5,000 and says, hey, come be a fighter for us. >> it's very easy, but that's what this is all about. as you say, they could radicalize anybody. we should do this. we should bring these people in, and we should check everyone very, very carefully. >> how do you do that? i hear donald trump saying the same thing. i hear donald trump, john kerry saying, i hear jeb bush saying, let's check. how do you check them? we can't even keep track of high school students who are in new jersey. >> that's because you have the federal government inept running the whole thing. you have to bring people in here, which jonathan is right. we need these people. we need them, and we should check every one of them. listen, everybody who is in this country legitimately got a check. it can be done. if are you here legitimately, they got checked.
3:34 am
it can be done. >> when david cameron said he is about to issue, i think, it's five year humanitarian visas, and with these visas we can make our own specialty visa for the crisis where we have certain terms that we lay out and we see any sort of negative activity, terrorism, or otherwise, you're out of the country. this is within our capacity to do that. in terms of checking it, the u.n. has been dealing with this for years. they said that they still -- >> the u.n. has. >> the u.n. >> you are going to rely on the u.n. to make sure that the people aren't radicalized and blow up a subway system in denver or new york. >> 4 approximately 1 million syrians. >> there were two refugees from chechnya that came over. they looked like they were normal. they were probably even checked by the u.n. you know what they did? they blew up the boston marathon. >> yeah. unfortunately, that's the problem with allowing tons of people to come over and
3:35 am
expediting the immigration process, which is what a lot of people want. there is a possibility that they're going to be people that have sympathies with isis, and they come here and it's a perfect opportunity for them to hurt us here on our soil. it's not even just the security thing. hold on. it's also about money. you have been acting as if we're not doing anything, and the left is acting as if we're not doing anything. we have spent over $4 billion in humanitarian aid, more than any other country in the entire world. it's not as if we're not doing anything. we are trying our best, but we can't just open our borders. >> i want to go to, because you were the one who brought up money. michelle points out the $4 billion of aid we've given to syria over the last three or whatever three fiscal years. give me the next full sdreen, if you will, guys. >> look at this. for middle eastern refugees receiving welfare, check it out. 68% are getting cash assistance. 73% are getting medical assistance. 91% are getting food stamps. >> this is costing us a boatload of money. so to speak. >> you say the same thing about
3:36 am
americans. you say the same thing about americans who use all these programs, and that's the issue here. we shouldn't have given $4 billion to refugees, which there is no we in america. there is i. if individuals and groups, if churches, if nongovernmental organizations want to take in, want to sponsor refugees, that's perfectly appropriate, but absolutely not. government shouldn't be giving anyone a dime to come here. certainly it shouldn't be taking care of anyone. the thing is we have to close off our borders because somebody might be a jihadist, that's why you have to have policies. >> you are worried about the financial side and not necessarily on the terror side. can i bring wayne in? would you agree with jonathan that the pushback is on the financials and not necessarily the terror? >> yes, i agree with jonathan. i agree with him right away. the terror side of this we
3:37 am
don't. we can't fix the financial that's why we didn't figure the cubans from coming in and bringing communism because we discredit communist ideas. >> can i just add, i do agree the financial burden on the united states is going to be great. for me that doesn't necessarily outweigh our humanitarian duty to do anything. et cetera that's what america is all about. >> i will throw this out here as well. if you spend enough time in the internet like dow, and you will look at videos and you will find that it's not -- the poor gts boy that was facedown in the surf that sooerchs. oh, there's a refugee crisis. we need to help those people out. it's not the families of women
3:38 am
and children. it's predominantly young muslim men, and michelle, when you bring young men from -- muslim men that are disgruntled and poor and broke and you bring them in, they're very, very susceptible to radicalization. that's my opinion. agree or disagree? i think we need to be cautious. now more than ever, i mean, we are at war right now with muslim extremism. >> john, last. >> that's the whole thing. you know, you can move to france. you'll never become french. can you move to brazil, you never become brazil wran. in america people can mooe move here and become american.
3:39 am
>> the rescue of one or two bad apples can be deadly. >> that's why we have to have militant islam. it's not -- >> overnight? >> we have so many americans here. we have so many americans here, our veterans that are suffering that we need to be taking care of, wronk that we should be out there trying to take care of the entire world. let's focus right now on americans. >> we shouldn't be giving refugees a dime. the to say that no one can come here because they might be radical -- >> it's not that they can't come here. we need to be cautious. >> they have to have -- it costs a lot of monday. i showed you the numbers. billions. >> well --
3:40 am
>> we're compromising our ethics, and is this another been for isis as we compromise american ideology about immigration, about refugees. we have all these covenants around time. we are a nation that takes in people, and we also played a role in this crisis. we can't forget that in iraq and afghanistan, syria, drawing red lines. the bad things that are going around the world. we just can't to this. >> that's not fair. >> i got to go. as long as i've been doing this, last week something happened that's never happened before as i know. aside from slamming our competition in the tweets and comments. we beat abc this week, nbc's meet the press, and rbs's face the nation and, get this, we trended -- cashin in trended nationally 20 minutes before the show even aired. that's a very powerful voice, you guys have. keep it up. thank you very much. coming up, china sending military ships as russia buildings up its military might in syria. are they flexing their

>> in this month we're holding. china now sending navy ships for military gains near taiwan after doing a drive-by last week. russia sending military help to syria after creating havoc in ukraine. jonathan sure seems like they're thumbing their nose at us everywhere. is it because they see a lack of leadership? >> yeah. it's not that we look weak. we are weak. we are unable to act in our own
3:45 am
selfish interests as americans. every single -- in this country, in this government has to be done at a unilateral basis. we have to work with our friends and our partners in the middle east. even if it means maybe, wron, angering russians, angering the chinese. we want to be everyone's friend, but we should be feared, not befriended by the world. >> how is it that we have the largest standing army? we have the most assets? we have the strongest army in the world, and as john points out, it's a perceived weak army? >> well, it's because we are reducing it constantly. that's why. because it's -- the congress wants to reduce it. everybody wants to reduce military expenses. they're picking on the army and the navy and the marine corps, the air force, and they're trying to reduce it. if you don't reduce it, you have to show something about building up.
3:46 am
reagan showed them strength. >> here's the deal, we have a bad ass army. we have bad ass generals. we have bad ass marines straight up and down all air force, all of them. we don't have a bad ore ss administration. therein lies the problem. >> i'm not going to go that far, but what i will say, jonathan, i think that they're right. the sequester has -- a lot of people are getting benched. president obama when he addressed west point last we're was talking to all these gradz that want to be out there, and we're talking about more desk jobs for our military personnel, which i don't think is a step in the right direction. what i would add is i think a chief element here is about rhetoric. when president obama talks about u.s. leadership and american exceptionalism, there are a lot of americans that question that as well as leaders around the world. >> did you talk about it, or does he apologize for it? >> he doesn't apologize for it.
3:47 am
there are a lot of accusations that obama doesn't love america. i do not think that. his vision is different. >> does he apologize for it, or is it exceptionalism? >> he apoles for it. this has nothing to do with money. it doesn't have to do with people being at desk jobs. it has to do with a commander in chief that is not taken seriously. the reason why is he is constantly negotiatesing from a position of weakness. the iran deal is not because of money. it's because we have a poor administration that isn't taking the threat of iran seriously. they are negotiating from like i said a position of weakness. look at muslim extremism. they don't even want to call it muslim extremism. that has nothing to do with money tsh has to do with this administration that is weak and acts weak. what he sees right now is a world leadership swrak um, and he will try to fill that. he realizes we do not have a strong leader. >> go ahead. final thoughts. >> you don't call a billion and a half dollars money?
3:48 am
what are you crazy? >> i think -- what i'm saying is it comes from the top. we know that. we know all of that. you're giving away money, that's what you are doing. you can't just generalize. i'm on the shelf team on this. >> hillary was very strong at brookings that iran was going to be our subject, and i think give her a chance. give her a chance. >> all right. we have to leave right there. we ran out of time. coming up, we all know the -- she refused to do her job because of her religion, but what about your job? it's a nationwide firestorm over the religion in the workplace coming up next.

now back to "cashin in." kim davis released from jail this week after saying she couldn't do her job because of her religious beliefs. if you recall, she's a county clerk in kentucky who refused to grant marriage licenses to gay couples even after the supreme court decision said all states should do so. this is a sticky situation in america. should employees put their religion over their work? >> in her situation she should have never been in this situation because the government shouldn't be in the business of marriage, period. in terms of private employees and private businesses, businesses should have to
3:53 am
accommodate their employees so long as it does not create a heavy burden on the employer and also the customers. >> you know, wayne, i'm very proud of kim davis for standing up for her religious belief. i just don't think she should be in that job. i know she's an elected official, but you know, kim, take another job. your thoughts? >> well, it's a simple one. the constitution guarantees us certain rights. she has certain rights. if she doesn't agree with those, she should resign. she doesn't have to do this. she has a personal disagreement with her job or with the way her job is run, it's a simple thing. you just resign. >> what about it, john? >> i think actually she's done a real disservice to the liberty movement in my opinion. in america religion is a private matter, and if your job -- you have every right to practice a religion, but if your job entails that you sell an abortion pill or serve alcohol or shake hands with a member of the opposite set, you shouldn't have your job. it's the employer's job, you don't own it, and he or she
3:54 am
doesn't have to accommodate you one bit. >> one of the biggest -- i think the egreejs things that happened is she went to jail for it. i get you want to remove her from her job, but -- >> she got fair warning from that. the judge was being reasonable and said your deputies can carry out the gay marriage licenses, and you can do the heterosexual marriage licenses, but it wasn't good enough for her. five deputies said they would issue licenses. her son objected, actually, and she said she just couldn't allow it to go on within her office, and i mean, she looks ike a campaign -- >> she could have stepped aside, and they could have worked it out. >> i think honestly it's god's plan that she went to jail and, i mean, she's getting her message out there. >> we'll have to leave it right there. a much bigger threat, and

>> i want to say thanks to our cashin in crew for joining us. you can head over to fox news.com/cashin in to see wayne and jonathan's stock picks. >> okay. time to wake up, america. folks, i work hard to be the commonsense voice for you in a growingly crazy america. we're taking in thousands of refuse swrees from muslim countries about any idea who they are or what their motives are. a serial sniper has been shooting at vehicles in arizona. our border is as open as swiss cheese. caitlyn jenner is considered a hero. yet, the cops that risk their lives for us every single day are being gunned down in the streets. the country is upside down.
3:59 am
there's one issue i have to highlight right here in the wake of america because it threatens our very republic. it's the iran nuclear deal, and it's a deadly mistake we are making. this is no right-wing, left-wing manufactured fight. this is for real, folks. lives will be lost if we lift iran wran sanctions, period. over an initial $100 billion to the regime that sponsors terror around the world is insane. then allowing them to sell another $100 billion per year in oil is equally as insane. that as they telegraph their hatred for us makes absolutely zero sense. they lie. they cheat. they finance hezbollah, hamas, and factions of laid, and they finance these hate groups with the single goal of killing americans. what genius decided giving people who despise us more money to kill us was a good idea? this is bigger than obama's legacy. this is bigger than democrats circling the wagon around their
4:00 am
ideologies. america will be hit with an iran wran finance terror event if we don't stop this deal now. commonsense, folks. it will cost us lives. good evening, everybody. i'm lou dobbs. donald trump has -- a new poll shows he is in support of almost a full one-third of all the republicans in the country. it is the heyest hashl number in the election cycle and one you might find that's hard to believe. trump has women to thank for his surge. so far no war of words, no public feud has cut into trump's support in any way. >> it's a narcissist and ego
