people's business, to give this country a better way forward. >> cheryl: ryan is said to be confirmed by the house, the house passing a bipartisan budget and debt deal, government default. >> nicole: right. federal reserve decided to keep interest rates unchanged. federal officials explicit i will say they might raise short-term interest rates in december. investors had expect to keep rates unchanged, but many were surprised to hear, lower polling numbers, former new york governor said the fed should raise rates. >> reduced them now for seven straight years. that's never happened before. they've been zero for way too long. they should raise the rates, the feds should get out of manipulating the market. >> nicole: u.s. labor market was

still healing despite slower pace of job growths and everyone is pricing in. >> cheryl: that's going to be a big story today. we have some economic news that's coming out today. economist expect the commerce department that the economy growth slowed in third quarter. economist expect expanded at 1.6% annual rate from july through september. now that would be a slow down from the 3.9 growth in the second quarter. >> nicole: right, that would be trirr gdp number. this is the reaction that we're seeing abroad to the fed statement yesterday, we are seeing asia mix with shanghai kospi to the downside. >> cheryl: dax down 21 points.

right now pointing down by 77 points in premarket, s&p said to lose a little more than 9 points this morning. we are also watching gopro disappointing third quarter results and guidance for holiday season, that added concerns over where the camera business, it's drying up, 17% after hours. big stock to watch today, gopro. >> nicole: first kicking with aig, aig faces push to break up. bank won't pay dividend and toyota shakes up a japanese tradition. working with german supplier breaking away from traditional
