french authorities say dna testing will be done and we are waiting for the results of that. meanwhile there are discussions right now with the french lawmakers as to whether that state of emergency here in paris will be extended for another three months. in making that case, the french prime minister telling lawmakers, look, obviously this is a very real threat and terrorists could, indeed, start looking at chemical and biological warfare. same story in belgium as well where the prime minister there says he wants to amend the constitution to allow the detention of terror suspects and the ability to be able to keep them longer without actually charging them. in the meantime here in paris, word here, authorities are weary of large gatherings of people, that would include school trips

extending the state of emergency. ashley webster joins us now from the very latest from paris. good morning, ashley. >> hey, good morning. critics already calling them but the belgium authorities saying, look, we have to get a handle on the terrorists and to operate within our country and so with that in mind they are proposing a series of steps including that lead to fight for isis if they return to the country. they will be immediately put in jail. they are also calling for the electronic tagging of anyone they believed to be a threat. people who are being radicalized by the islamic religion. they would like to keep terror suspects for 72 hours without any charges right now, that limit is 24 hours so that would laid the constitution to be amended in belgium. just gives you a sense of the

desire by authorities in both belgium and here in paris to try and get a handle on what's been quite a shocking development with regard to isis and its ability to strike fear. here in france as we speak, preñ prime minister telling lawmakers that we need the greatest powers possible to tractor rises. they are asking for an extension of state of emergency for another three months that would give them those powers including wiretapping to try and track the terrorists down. in the meantime, we did have more raids overnight. in brussels six raids trying to find out people that carried out the attacks last friday and, of course, we still don't know if the alleged mastermind behind the attack abdelhamid abaaoud was, in fact, killed in the very bloody raid just yesterday in the northern paris suburb. we still don't know.
