first week of january. >> maybe we should be conservative now that the markets are going down. >> it's a downward trend and hedge funds are dumping out of it. >> that's it for "forbes on fox." keep it here. we continue with eric bolling. is it me or is the world going mad? north korea now testing a nuclear bomble while iran is showing off the under ground bunker loaded with missiles. are dangerous countries acting up because of weak u.s. leadership around the globe? hi, i'm eric bolling. our crew this week, jonathan, michelle, juan and jessica. welcome, everyone everybody. countries like north korea and iran are rubbing our nose in their defiance. michelle, what's fuelling this? >> that's easy. failed leadership. the reason why north korea is doing this is they feel embol n emboldened by the fact we have struck terrible deals with iran. north korea acted terribly under

democratic and republican leadership. it's easy to say the reason they are doing it is they see how weak our leadership is. when hillary clinton became secretary of state she said in 2009 she was going to end north korea's nuclear program. yet their capabilities have only increased because our enemies see we have weak leadership and they are take advantage of it. >> juan, my good liberal friend there. the iranians tested a ballistic missile within a mile of the u.s. aircraft carrier in the persian gulf this week. they clearly violated the sanctions -- excuse me, the deal that allowed them to have sanctions lifted. we should slap the sanctions back on and stop the $150 billion check. don't you agree? >> no. but you've got to avoid being easily provoked by these ants, these little twits. i think if you give up the bigger package and the bigger perspective which is that we

want to keep them away from nuclear weapons, we are losing track of what's at stake here. >> that's exactly why bill clinton made the deal with north korea in the early 90s. they re neged on that deal. they have billions of dollars in aid, hundreds of millions in aid which kept the regime in power. we are doing the same thing again with iran. a deal that's not going to get kept. $100 billion in aid and it's weakness, appeasement. we need a john f. kennedy, a democratle who will stand up and do a cuban missile crisis response. not the weakness we have seen from this administration. >> that's why kruschev pushed his buttons and we almost had a nuclear showdown. >> we stood up and they stood down. >> right. >> eventually. eventually. >> juan, hold on. part of the problem is we are literally allowing them to

gun sales and stocks so soaring. an emotion al plea for sweeping re formal is being met with fury fr from. is this right or wrong for america? >> wrong. he if he wants gun control he can go through congress to get it done. he points to the high profile mass shootings in the last few months as the reason why he need s to implement the executive orders. if this was implemented a few months ago this wouldn't have stopped a lot of high profile mass shootings. criminals tonight go through background checks. they don't go through the proper process to get a gun. if they want a gun they find the way to do it.

the only people hurt are law abiding citizens. >> we have gone back and forth on this a few times. i don't doubt president obama had honest tears. i think he was heart broken with the children. but i haven't seen that emotion on so many other tragedies like san bernardino. i hadn't seen that emotion. why is this the issue. >> he went to newtown and had to deal with the parents. those werele real tears. where is the heart for the other trang dis going on? where is the heart for hundreds of young black african-american males in chicago being shot every year and killed. >> i think there is that. he's doing my brother's keeper. i wish he would be more outspoken about what's going on

morning. >> i'll have mine now. thank you. >> well, cheers to you, wayne. you were as full of life at the end as you were on your first show in 2001 right here with host terry keenan. we lost her a little more than a year ago. thank you, producers aaron, amanda and tony for putting together that tribute that wayne is no doubt loving now. jonathan, you were on the first show with wayne. give us wayne memories. >> he was a living legend. he was also a real mensch and a p patriot. we looked up to him and how fortunate were we that he spent his saturdays with us giving us so much wisdom. i feel lucky that i knew him and i got the opportunity to be told to shut up by him so many times. most of the time he was right, i needed to. i will always remember him and to honor him.

"cashin' in." you have to listen sometimes. wayne had such a heart. at one point he read a piece that my son had written about me in a magazine. he said, you know, families are all important. he talked about the dysfunction and breakdown in the black community in terms of family formation and how that's an economic hindrance. a hindrance in terms of building young people that we can be proud of. wayne took the time. it touched my heart. it's such a personal loss. i think it is a loss for all of us here at "cashin' in." it's a loss for everybody who watches the show. he was a good man. >> good man. solid man. jess, you didn't spend a lot of time with wayne but we had fun. >> awesome. he was the best micro aggressor i met. always smiles even when delivering bad news about the economy or whatever it was he was talking about. he was warm. that was the number one quality that i saw in wayne.
