democratic and republican leadership. it's easy to say the reason they are doing it is they see how weak our leadership is. when hillary clinton became secretary of state she said in 2009 she was going to end north korea's nuclear program. yet their capabilities have only increased because our enemies see we have weak leadership and they are take advantage of it. >> juan, my good liberal friend there. the iranians tested a ballistic missile within a mile of the u.s. aircraft carrier in the persian gulf this week. they clearly violated the sanctions -- excuse me, the deal that allowed them to have sanctions lifted. we should slap the sanctions back on and stop the $150 billion check. don't you agree? >> no. but you've got to avoid being easily provoked by these ants, these little twits. i think if you give up the bigger package and the bigger perspective which is that we

want to keep them away from nuclear weapons, we are losing track of what's at stake here. >> that's exactly why bill clinton made the deal with north korea in the early 90s. they re neged on that deal. they have billions of dollars in aid, hundreds of millions in aid which kept the regime in power. we are doing the same thing again with iran. a deal that's not going to get kept. $100 billion in aid and it's weakness, appeasement. we need a john f. kennedy, a democratle who will stand up and do a cuban missile crisis response. not the weakness we have seen from this administration. >> that's why kruschev pushed his buttons and we almost had a nuclear showdown. >> we stood up and they stood down. >> right. >> eventually. eventually. >> juan, hold on. part of the problem is we are literally allowing them to

develop a nuclear weapon. go ahead because we trust that you will do everything by the book. by the deal that we put together within a couple of months they have violated the deal in a way that's so provocative. 6,000 soldiers, seamen are on the boat that and ashoot a ballistic missile within a mile. >> iran wants to push our buttons. they know -- >> stop there. they know they can. >> push our buttons. >> isn't that because president obama won't respond? >> no. >> how can they push our buttons? >> he won't be so rash to rip up a deal 30 nuclear scientists approved. 30 military personnel have approved. you guys are acting like obama drafted this alone in a room and said, hey, i love iran. >> he carried it through. >> it's not that. >> all the nuclear experts signed off on the north korea

agreement as well. a deal is only as good as the person you signed it with. if you think iran is someone we can trust you're out to lunch. bigger picture, we have ostracized israel, germany, france. who's been emboldened under this president? syria, russia, china, north korea. the good folks in cuba as well. >> hang on. i want to bring in michelle. she heard something important also. because they know they can provoke the big dog. >> no, no. >> hold on. go ahead. >> she just said the reason why iran and north korea are doing this. they know that president obama is not going to do anything. they see what he has done under his administration. they see what happened with russia, crimea, syria, ukraine. he's basically telling themle -- >> i just want to adhere, especially about north korea. north korea is doing what they

the only people hurt are law abiding citizens. >> we have gone back and forth on this a few times. i don't doubt president obama had honest tears. i think he was heart broken with the children. but i haven't seen that emotion on so many other tragedies like san bernardino. i hadn't seen that emotion. why is this the issue. >> he went to newtown and had to deal with the parents. those werele real tears. where is the heart for the other trang dis going on? where is the heart for hundreds of young black african-american males in chicago being shot every year and killed. >> i think there is that. he's doing my brother's keeper. i wish he would be more outspoken about what's going on

gone. we taped a show last week because of the new year's holiday and afterwards got the tragic word we lost a member of the "cashin' in" family. wayne rogers passed awayer gone but not forgotten f. you watch every week you knew his catch phrase was let me finish but he did finish everything he started. he did it well. wayne was an ivy league graduate of princeton, an american hero who served our country. an actor with a star on the hollywood walk of fame for his role in "mash." he was an investment adviser, author and successful el businessman. he accomplished everything he tackled. for over a decade you invited wayne in your home on fox. he was a staple of your saturday mornings giving you the fact and the funny. please join us as we look back at our most memorable times together. ♪

"cashin' in." you have to listen sometimes. wayne had such a heart. at one point he read a piece that my son had written about me in a magazine. he said, you know, families are all important. he talked about the dysfunction and breakdown in the black community in terms of family formation and how that's an economic hindrance. a hindrance in terms of building young people that we can be proud of. wayne took the time. it touched my heart. it's such a personal loss. i think it is a loss for all of us here at "cashin' in." it's a loss for everybody who watches the show. he was a good man. >> good man. solid man. jess, you didn't spend a lot of time with wayne but we had fun. >> awesome. he was the best micro aggressor i met. always smiles even when delivering bad news about the economy or whatever it was he was talking about. he was warm. that was the number one quality that i saw in wayne.
