workforce, that's about 1600 workers, yahoo also said it would close offices in five locations, the restructuring could also mean that yahoo would put internet business up for sale. myer has ended her efforts to turn the company around and is now in survival mode. yahoo shares had fallen 34% in the couple of months. >> nicole: shares tumbled nearly 7% after the company reported first decline if quarterly sales as a public company. revenue falling nearly 7% from a year ago to just under a billion dollars and chipotle's profit down more than 40% in the wake of series of illness outbreaks including e. coli, of course. the center for disease control, e. coli outbreaks appear to be over. that's the good news. chipotle has been served with a subpoena that widens federal investigation into the company's food safety.
