7:55 p.m. eastern time tuesday february 9th. >> lauren: well, north korea may be getting ready to launch another rocket. a website monitoring the country and says increase vehicle activity was detected at the rocket launch site. surveillance of the size has increased since north korea conducted fourth nuclear test last month. south korea and japan warning they will shoot down any debris that false on their territory. >> nicole: computer trouble at the irs. the irs say it is problem could affect refunds but doesn't anticipate any major disruptions. it's making repairs as soon as possible. >> lauren: florida governor rick scott declaring a health emergency in four counties in florida due to the zika virus. that least nine cases in the

state. two of them in hillsborough county where an official is calling on the county to speed up a report on zika prevention. >> my office is literally buzzing with, you know, requests for mosquito spraying. >> lauren: health officials believe that all of the cases are from people that contracted the disease but the zika virus has been linked to birth defect in babies. a person in texas became infected with zika through sex. first case transmitted within the united states. >> nicole: let's get you caught up in the global market action overnight. mixbag with the shanghai composite. hang sen gained but the nikkei pulled back three quarters of 1%. >> lauren: in europe nice gains to the ftse. the cac is up 30, dax is up 87. all of them up at least .7%. >> nicole: looing at u.s. stock

market futures, we will see if the bank of england decision moves our markets at all. s&p futures up 11. >> lauren: after an 8% surge in crude oil prices yesterday, they are up once again this morning. gold up 5 bucks to one thousands 46 an ounce. >> nicole: dollar pulled back yesterday and that certainly helped commodities. >> lauren: yeah. >> nicole: euro, canadian pound, peso, all stronger against the dollar. >> lauren: taking another bath. 1.88%. >> nicole: changing at the guard of cvs. cvs says he will be replaced. red stone now serves as chairman of meredith, change comes over concerns over health of 92-year-old and they have concerns that have intensified.

a former girlfriend filed a lawsuit suggesting that red subpoena stone is not mentally competent. we will see what they're doing here this morning, looking a little higher. rising 9% as they appear to replace redstone today. >> lauren: week-fourth-quarter earnings. things are so bad that it would cease production of cameras. go pro's chief financial officer said that he will retire effective march 11. shares have fallen 78% over the last year. another 9% in after-hours trading and yeah they're under pressure again this morning.

>> nicole: the january job's report comes out tomorrow morning. forecast is for another strong month of job creation with 190,000 new jobs, unemployment is expected to hold steady at 5%. economist will be looking how the job market has been holding up after rocky start this year and also signs of weak-economic growth. mornings with maria will have complete coverage with special job's in america report that begins tomorrow morning at 8:00 a.m. eastern time. >> lauren: martin zakreli appearing but will not be talking. he faces charges of running a ponsy scheme. his lawyer told shkreli to stop talking and he had a lot to say about his appearance before the congressional committee.

up as oil prices recovered and lifted by a much weaker dollar. much weaker dollar is having exactly opposite effect on japanese stocks. nikkei down after the dollar index followed drop and also strengthen against u.s. dollar which really hurt the company's exporters. kospi ended in the green supported by heavy foreign buying, back to you. >> nicole: thank you tracy yu in beijing. >> lauren: gets get you caught up on other global market action overnight. ftse is up one and a half percent, dax is half percent. >> nicole: we will wait for the bank decision at 7:00 a.m. this morning. duh futures right now at 56, s&p futures up 5. we have certainly had the volatile 2016. >> lauren: weak dollar helping commodity prices. oil 32.68 a barrel.

that's up 1.2%. goal is up about $6. >> nicole: there is a changing of the guard at cvs, redstone has resigned, he will be replaced by president and ceo since 2006, redstone now serves as chairman. the change comes as concerns over the health of the 92-year-old have intensified. a former girlfriend filed a lawsuit in november suggesting redstoap was no longer mentally competent. cvs shares up 4% after hours. viacom shares rising 9%. appears to be ready to replace redstone as chairman today. >> lauren: wal-mart doesn't want anybody else to run gas station in the future. murphy usa is the company. wal-mart stores have told murphy

that from now it will build and operate gas stations. murphy will continue to run the one thousand locations near the wal-mart stores. >> nicole: tornado rips through georgia leaving behind a trail of destruk. twister tearing up roads, trees, power lines and leaving dozen kicked out of their homes. no injuries reported thankfully so far. this comes as hundreds across the south start to clean after surge of at least 12 tornadoes that touched down earlier this week. we have had some wild weather. >> lauren: absolutely, right here on the east coast we could be expecting more snow, say it isn't snow. for the details we go to fox meteorologist maria molina. participate maria i know nicole is really hoping for some snow for her kids to go out and have some fun in the northeast. it looks like we could be seeing snowfall next week and accumulating in the northeast. i want to focus on what's going on here throughout the day and

up to the upcoming weekend. we have major changes. we have a front east ward and bring severe weather and there could be isolated snow showers lingering and moving through us. we head into tonight and also tomorrow morning. the bigger story right now is a much colder air behind the cold system. take a look at some of the numbers this morning, you're in the teens in denver, rapid city, seam in minneapolis. only in the 20's across the plains in kansas city. we have massive storm system coming upbringing snow across mountains and rainfall. eventually some of that cool air is going to make east ward, but for now get out and enjoy the mild air like raleigh and new york where temperatures could reach 50's and 60's. >> lauren: 56 in new york, thank you. >> nicole: they missed the blizzard of 2016. i need a little bit of snow, folks.
