keep * over the weekend bernie sanders trounced hillary clinton's dreams in maine. she may have trouble brewing in court. her former aide bryan pagliano has been granted immunity from prosecution from the f.b.i. while they investigate former secretary of state's private server. she was asked about the i minity deal. >> there is no basis for that. there is a security review. i'm delighted he has agreed to cooperate as everyone else has. i think that we'll be moving toward a resolution of this. because after all -- >> you see this as good news? >> yeah, i do. kennedy: no you don't. you where be out of your mind if you saw this as good news.

kennedy: donald trump make waves about his comments about torture. he clarified he would not order the military to perform illegal action but as president he would advocate to change u.s. torture laws. >> they came to me, what do you think of water boarding. i said it's fine. if you want to go strong, i would go stronger, too. we are note going to win if we are soft and they have no rules. i want to stay within the laws, but i think we have to increase the laws. kennedy: very nice to see you, i'm watching this debate and he basically says that he's going

offices in florida. cruz is going to try to win the state outright. if he does it, he doesn't get any delegates. it looks like trump will win the 99 delegates. ohio is really interesting. john kasich should winnow high obey rights. he's a popular governor in the state. trump is up in all the polls it's a matter of what the margin is. in ohio it's mixed. so if kasich wins ohio, that's the best bet now when we start to talk about this idea of a contested convention. because 66 delegates in the state of ohio, it's not so much about kasich the nominee, it's about kasich the spoiler. >> it's interesting because kasich obviously has to winnow high oh to keep candidacy going it's questionable because it's

such an establishment candidate though he is popular there. this is a state that's been hard hit by the ongoing recession. trump's message tend to resonate in places like that. it's really only case and rubio who want the contested convention and that keeps them in. >> whether he can or not. that's harder. the math has been kind to cruz so far. but from here on out things get more difficult because between now and the 15th there is somewhere in the neighborhood of 550 delegates at stake. only 37 are caucus states. kennedy: it's not just caucus states that benefit ted. it's also the closed primary states. you could make the argument trump is attracting independents and democrats.
