everyone is waiting for this freeze. is it for really big rumor? >> i think it is for real. i am excited about it, but a little bit of nervousness because there was a report that oil ministers skip the meeting. i can't believe this, it is raising concerns they won't get a deal done but i think they will get a deal done. saudi arabia and russia said they can do it. you ran not being there, the only concern is they won't come to a larger agreement about freezing uranium production in the future but we will have to wait for that another day. lauren: say we get this freeze. will it have an impact on the markets? >> i think it will. we have already seen it. the anticipation, the price of oil has got up and it is historic. even though from a barrel perspective it doesn't mean anything, from a situation where
