could step in or -- >> my guess is this, you don't bid -- what they're doing is they're doing the best bid they can within -- within reason that they don't think will be topped on this, okay, this is following the play book of news corp. buying the wall street journal. you don't do something totally crazy but you offer a deal that you don't think it would be top because you believe the strategic combination works and i think that's what they are doing here. and based on my sources from last night, monsanto is favorably expose today accept this. but here is the key thing. this is a government deal. will the government on both sides of the aisle approve this thing and i can't tell you that nobody knows.
