president obama is holding off in endorsing clinton after he meets with sanders. >> i thought that bernie sanders brought enormous energy and new ideas and he pushed the party and challenged them. i thought it made hillary a better candidate. i think she is whip smart, she is tough, and she deeply cares about working people and putting kids through school and making sure we are growing our economy. lauren: political experts say sanders may seek dnc chairwoman as part of deal towards party unity. in today's meeting sanders campaign has been accusing the florida congresswoman of helping the clinton campaign. >> hillary clinton saying her husband will be economic advisers if she becomes

lauren: checking a look at u.s. stock futures, we are officially closed 18,000 yesterday for the first time in six weeks, a lot of nervousness on that level, dow going up and down around 67 times yesterday but did close there. now it's down 45 points. looking at the s&p futures 7, nasdaq futures down 12. oil still above $51 but down slightly. gold at 12.62 an ounce. >> appear is making changes to app store. paid ads when people are searching for apps and bigger cut of revenue when they subscribe for at least a year. apple's goal to make more money for itself and makers who make ads for iphones or ipad. lauren: lea, when was the first time you aid something carbonating? >> this morning.

patrols have increased in telaviv. lea: billionaire soros is back in the game. soros has returned to trading after a long break. soros fund manager sold stocks and bought shares anticipating weakness in various markets, investors view gold as heaven in times of turmoil. lauren: let's take a look at u.s. stock market futures right now. we have a selloff. dow futures down 47 points, s&p futures down 7, nasdaq down about 12 this morning. a big reason of declines in the u.s. is price of oil, just under $51 a barrel. it is down half of 1% after three straight days of two plus percent gains. gold is giving 12.60-ounce. lea: apple is making changes to app store. apple will start showing paid ads when people search for ads.

it's also offering big cut of revenue if they get consumers to subscribe to apps for at least a year. apple's goal to make more money for itself and independent software develops who make apps for the iphone or ipad. lauren: popularity of bottled water is rising. a new report found that bottled water consumption grew 120% within the year 2000 and 2015, the increase comes as carbonated drinks are down, there's concerns about high sugar best rajs and focus on healthy diet. it's expected as early as this year americans will officially drink more bottled water than soda. lea: leads of stocks to watch this morning. growth at established restaurants that beat

wal-mart in chicago, the question is going to pay for that increase, jeff flock has the story. jeff: you are watching protestors at a wal-mart in chicago protestors successfully shutting the wal-mart down demanding higher wages and supporting something called the responsible business act. it is a law that is up for consideration in cook county illinois that would require companies that don't pay a living wage to actually pay a fine to the county to support food stamp programs, welfare and other assistance programs like medicaid because they maintain workers that don't make enough money have to rely on those programs even though they have a full-time job. >> wal-mart earned $16 billion in profits, so we know that they can afford to pay a living wage at the 20 or so stores they have in cook county and the reality is when you invest in people and communities, they'll have more
