for us which we are very excited for us. charles: speaking in the portal, we spoke about the koch brothers . you know these folks very well. how important is it that ted cruz come on board to the trump train? >> well, i think it is -- it's important for a certain sector of the donor base and i think a lot of the donors once ted cruz gives the official blessing on national television i think it it will losen donors that are on the fence. that's going to be very important. let's face it, this is going to be a blood bath, donald trump and hillary clinton and donald trump needs all the cash he can get and some of the donors that are sitting on the cash, i think, with ted cruz giving the bless, i think this is going to

been opposed to any kind of comprehensive immigration reform, as for young people he thinks climate change is a myth, you know, the issues that -- that republican brain trust needed to be dealt with, mike pence is doubling down on things and worse in the after math of the melania plaigerism he's pandering this nonsense. we goofed up, we took it from michelle obama. i feel bad for him because think about as vp what his influence is going to be if he's out there like chris christie and paul this utter nonsense about the speech was not -- charles: i will have anthony scaramucci respond to this. anthony: the first thing is to attack the person when you're wrong about the idea. so now we are going to pick on melania trump who is a

world-class gorgeous person from the inside to the outside because we really can't deal with donald trump and governor pence and the economic policies that are going to have to solve the nation's problems. and so that will work for a little while but the american people are super tired of that. you can see that happening in the polls right now. i know richard is worried about it. i know secretary clinton is worried about it and i will tell you what, they have to be really worried about it because there are 16 people in the republican primary that the candidate beat and they were pretty talented group of people, so look out. charles: noel, i talked earlier about ted cruz and his speech, what about mike pence also, it feels like more and more never-trump crowd is starting to fade, some are coming on enus the -- i understand the goal beyond money, it's to get the polls to

12:07 pm
i think that it will losen some of the donors to give money and vote for him. charles: you know, richard, i know you sort of took the shot at governor pence, but again, thinking of all the possible folks who were pounded as potential vp's, to me this is the one that mitigates a lot of the arguments. if you're going to hang your hat on climate change, i think you might be reaching there a little bit. >> i'm not hanging my hat on climate change. i'm hanging my hat on what the republican brain trust needed to say for republicans to start winning presidential elections and appealing to young voters and having a governor who was as oppose today lgbt rights. now you can p you want. they think mike pence as somebody who is intolerant as is out there in the public's ear.

where does he draw theline of distinction and how important it is for donald trump? >> listen, i can't speak for the senator, i hope he reaches across the i'll like governor walker did. if he doesn't do that, that would take damage to his personality and presidential prospects going forward because at the end of the day, the only way this party is going to come together and win a presidency is if we unify as a team and certainly senator ted cruz represents a portion to that party and he has to send a message that he's a we person, the i's are not going to win this charles and that's why i've been calling for a unification of the party here particularly around this candidate. he's an exciting candidate and he's a candidate that's offering a disruptive vision to the middle and lower of the working-class people of the
