it does not seem likely the united states will extradite an imam the turkey once in connection with the recent failed to last month. turkey blames him for the failed coup but sources say us officials have not been convinced by turkey's evidence and are concerned about threatening public statements from turkish officials. he currently lives in pennsylvania. sources say no final decision has been made and the extradition discussions are expected to go on for months. lauren: investors gearing up for the most closely watched economic report of the month, the jobs report for july. economist expect the economy created 180,000 jobs last month down from june's blowout rating of 250,000 but stronger than we got in may with 11,000 jobs created. as for the unemployment rate, that is expected to take down to 4.8%, another reading of 200,000 jobs created could open the door wider for the federal reserve to raise interest rates as early as next month. we will have complete coverage

pretty. we just got the bill or prospective bill in illinois, blue cross blue shield asking from 23 to 45% increase in premiums for next year and that is representative of the nation as a whole. look at a nationwide map, places like texas up to 53% of a premium increase, insurers telling us they can't make money at the level they were at but some of these pretty dramatic, tennessee up 27%. on the west coast up double digits, most places up double digits. these are not set in stone, insurers have to go to each individual state insurance commissioner and apply for this increase but if they don't get a profitable level, increase enough to take them to profitability some of these insurers will bail out and not be available, won't make policies available.
