someone until they stop respecting you. unfortunately, i believe we arrived at that point now. i respect your right to have a good evening i am lou dobbs. donald trump expanding his campaign with 82 days left before election day. steven bandan and paul manafort remains as the chairman but the campaign says they want to beef up the home stretch until november 8th. that's not thechange. for trump returning his first national briefing, that briefing
4:01 am
this afternoon in new york city. trump brought with him to that briefing, new jersey's governor chris christie and michael flen. trump says he does not trust the intelligence communities analysis at least as it is presented by this administration. >> look what's happening over the last ten years or the years. it is been catastrophic and i won't use the people that's standard and use them and use them and easy to use them. i won't use them because they made bad decisions. you look at iraq and middle east, is a powder cake if we never touched it, it would have been better. >> my guests here tonight congress tom marino and ron desantis joining us tonight. we have a lot to talk about tonight including new reports on
4:02 am
firmed the obama administration paying ransom to iran to free and detain hostage americans. the obama administration would not allow iranians taking control of $400 million until the plane departed on iran on january 17th. we have called this on this broadcast ransom on day one. >> kate mcfarland is joining us tonight and much more. >> our top story tonight, the trump campaign confirmed launching the first television ad on the general election of donald trump, this friday. the ad setting the key battleground states of florida, ohio, north carolina, pennsylvania and virginia. the trump cam papaign did not
4:03 am
disclose how much they're spending on that. hillary clinton spent $61 million on television advertising and the trump campaign has not spent a dime since he became the party nominee. the republican nominee met with trusted advisors on the fight against radical islamic terrorism and foreign affairs. our first guest tonight is congressman tom marino and foreign affairs. congressman, great to see you. >> lets start with the meeting. the tone, the nominee's mood and tell us what you can. >> don megan fitzgeraald is in the tone is upbeat and serious meeting. experts and foreign policy and terrorism and donald asked
4:04 am
several questions. the experts answered those questions and expanded on them and he dwelled deeper in questions. he got a great deal of good advise and he took that advice. >> that's interesting. i never heard a president nominee doing before saying clearly before the briefing that he does not trust the briefing and its contents and it is going to remain skeptical. i think any president should approach intelligence briefings that way. he's the first candidate i heard say it in advance. >> well, i agree with you. any presidential candidate should approach a meeting like that. he's not a politician. so politicians are the ones that sit back and making it sound like honky-dory and everything
4:05 am
is true. what hillary clinton has done and her foundation as done and her foundation. they don't tell the truth, look at what she says in benghazi and server and controversial e-mails. look at what the president says about the employment which they fudged those figures constantly. look at what he says about the jobs that's created. they're a bunch of lies. >> and we won't mention obamacare out of respect of the office. that's a series of lies since 2009 to the passage of obamacare and we are watching it grate. lets turn to the candidate's mood. you said he's in a terrific
4:06 am
mood. he also just changed the campaign's leadership and done it a forth with and seemingly in a matter of days upon taking up the thought, steve bannon, i happen to know him and kelley conway of the highest respect for her. she becomes the first woman to lead a republican candidate campaign. we have seen no mention of the fact . well, he's doing just what he did in business. he surrounded himself in business with the best, brightest women and men. he built a $10 million business. he's bringing the brightest minds around him and taking advice and adding to his campaign staff but it is still not as large as hillary's paid staff is.
4:07 am
>> congressman, i don't believe that's a staff, i believe that's a failing. >> you are right. >> almost 800 people. >> right. i was impressed. i have been in many, many meetings with donald. he listens. this man listens and he tests you on your responses and it goes into and gets down in the wee weeds and challenges us. you better know what you are talking about because he's going to find out if you do not know what you are talking about >> it is also interesting to hear his speech last night, we covered here in the fox business network. it is one of the best speeches, the best speeches he's given. i will qualify that as among those speeches which he was using te usi using telaprompter.
4:08 am
that maybe a thing of a past. it was as terrific speech. he took on hillary clinton as a bigot and the democratic party on for their failures and their inner cities and simply in one speech, it will take more, no questions about it to bring that message at home to most folks. he put on record of his judgment that the democratic party has failed generations of african-americans in our city. >> no question, i saw law enforcement when i prosecute. he's not going to change, donald trump is where he's at because he says what he means and he means what he says different than hillary clinton who's programmed and goes out and makes her statements. that's why she does not have the rallies like donald has because he cannot answer questions impromptu. >> she does not seem to be able
4:09 am
to attract crowds. it is the darnest thing is i have seen and try to correlate that where she stands in the polls. there is a definite if you will t turbulent in the universe. >> watch who's putting these polls out. the matrix is wrong. they're not taking consideration of who never voted. your state, pennsylvania, critically important to this election. tv ads and among five other states this friday. what do you expect that message to be and what will the focus be? >> focus is going to be fighting terrorism and creating jobs and bringing jobs back to pennsylvania and not only in the
4:10 am
corner industry but in the gas industry and bring manufacturing back and improving the quality of life for law-abiding citizens and creating military to the point where we have a strong military where countries will think twice about doing things to the united states. and he will get that point across easily. he knows how to create jobs and bring people around him. >> and he has from the beginning, i think it is interesting -- people are talking about his pivot to the center that is been long expected now. they forget that he was absolutely d-- during the primay he was more of a centric of anybody could remember. the national liberal media
4:11 am
towards him. >> they're going to continue to do that. without fox, the true facts would not be out there. this is a populous movement. they're sick and tired of the establishments on both sides of the isle. >> congressman marino, my pleasure to have you. >> always my pleasure. >> we are coming back, stay was. trump says she never should. >> i am worried of her getting it because of her private e-mail situations. and michael goodwin is joining me next. this daredevil is flying high above in highwawaii, we have th remarkable video
4:13 am
look at you. you're at the top of your game. at work or at play, you're unstoppable. nothing can throw you off track. oh hey, she's cute. nice going man. things are going great for you. you've earned a night out. good drinks, good friends. yeah, we can go ahead and call this a good night. wait, is that your car? uh oh. not smart. yeah, i saw that coming. say goodbye to her. ouch! that will hurt your bank account. you're looking at around ten grand in fines,

questions about the integrity of this election. so if you want to volunteer go to trump campaign website. i tweeted out the link and that'll lead you there. you are allowed to absorb polling stations all around this country and report any problems to officials. those issues include malfunctioning voting machines and out right fraud and you cannot not interfere anyone casting a ballot or ask for identification. there will be 185,000 polling stations this november, federal election officials estimate and the trump campaign is asking for volunteers to be at each one to report any issues or problems to a plan called strike force patr approximately of 7,000 attorneys will be on the ground on
4:17 am
election day. all of this to over come what donald trump bears as to many knowledgeable people might be a rigged system. to avoid that, think about volunteering. donald trump himself is working hard to win votes these days. he's hosting rally after rally. hen ton hillary clinton is taking weekends off. is that a case of low energy, trump says this is all about stamina. >> i do have a certain stamina, maybe it is called parents. my parents had great stamina. i am loving it and the crowds are fantastic. we were pennsylvania and we had over 5,000 people that could not get in. we were in virginia and thousands of people, it is really makes you feel good. >> joining us now is form era began white house, great america strategist ed rawlings and mike
4:18 am
goodwin. thank you for being here. >> thank you. >> lets start with this classified briefing. i have never heard a nominee say to everyone i am skeptical of thes briefings because the sitcom and general report trying to figure out why the white house is managing an intelligence assessment. >> many time in the show, it is still president obama's administrations. there is no law that says you have to brief the candidates. some skepticism is right. it is a good step to bring people in that know a lot of the issues and trump does not know about -- >> governor christie. >> those are very smart. >> at the end of the day, approach it and ask questions.
4:19 am
as you get more, it is going to be a weekly occasion. you will learn a lot more about it. >> i am struck by this. you are talking watchers. do we honestly believe the obama justice department is going to care about voter fraud? >> not for a single moment. i think when you have an attorney general who's so clearly put his and now her thumb on the scales of justice to protect the administration, we are in never, never land. >> i would say with both feet they landed on a scale of justice. it is what the justice department has become is beyond anything in history as far as i can determine. >> well, i think the same of the intelligence, it has been politicalized as well to give the president what they want to hear. he only hears what he wants to hear. >> lets say it and use the word, this is corruption we are
4:20 am
talking about. we sometimes marginalize our own expressions here. it is corruption. it is corruption with our intelligence service and our military because of the highest level. they have seen intelligence analysis altered to suit the white house. the justice department, that record is public and clear. well, it is a great service to the president himself. he may ordered it or direct it or what have you. if you are siitting there and making the best decisions, you want the best intelligence. i don't think there is evidence that this president is concerned about anything wanting in those assessments. >> you maybe correct. for a period of time, we d discouraging some of them doing what's right. >> i hope some of them discouraging them doing what's
4:21 am
wrong. lets go to donald trump challenging the third term of this president. they want to call it kelley conway became the first woman to lead a republican presidential campaign staff. she calls it an expansion and not a shake up. you want to weigh in and arbitrate the terminology? >> i am a big fan of kelley anne. kelley anne, this is what we call bearing the lead all together. >> i worked with her before, she's handled some big strong men before. she handled mike pence for years and she's one of the best in business. i don't know steve very well. i hear about him. he's a tough guy. >> he's tough and smart and delivers. i think he's exactly what is needed in the trump campaign >> i will tell you this though,
4:22 am
just knowing the government very well, anybody in the officer and ended up being the special assistance. he had talents. you are corroborating. >> what it will do though it is going to be an aggressive campaign. >> well, lobby dob here. >> i would hunker down and get my helmet on. >> well, you are not hillary people. we want you to get out there and silhouette >> i took that as a high compliments. >> with bannon, you are going to see a donnybrook. you may have seen it anyway. this one will be about winning it. >> as i was joking before when i went on vacation about ten days ago, it was a pretty good race. you guys really managed to screw it up. i think now that the question will be can trump fix this gap.
4:23 am
i think he's on the edge of a potential disaster here. the poll numbers -- >> oh, come on. >> look. >> numbers are numbers. this is 82 days until the election. >> i think there is been a deterioration in his numbers. at this stage, that's never a good sign >> it is not a good sign but you know, you are a fighter. the first round you may think you are getting whipped and the second you are coming back and the third you nail them. >> the critical thing here, wait a minute, wait a minute. >> i cannot let this go. >> you come back from two weeks in the mediterranean and you are worried about the trump campaign imploding and you are sitting here -- you are not a fuss budget. you are the barroom broiler. >> here is what they have to do. they have four weeks.
4:24 am
kelley anne knows what they have to do. they have to get a good advertising campaign starts this week. there is nothing on the ground. all the stuff that you talked about going out and doing the voter watch is positive except the lawyers are the ones they have to do it. you have to be careful. >> 7,000 of them, they are on the way. come on, lets pick themselves up. >> they created the system. >> okay, you created the system. i will tell you what happens though. >> wait a minute. >> i cannot have the history and the forecast. giver me the forecast. >> the forecast is the place where votes get stolen is places where they don't get to go. you need to be careful. >> that's why the word rigged, #rigged. >> welcome back and -- >> he's still charging it.
4:25 am
>> still going. >> roll the video, you are going to love it. watch the heart stopping moment of this para glider pulls off tl scary, scary stuff. there it is right in between them and cliff and he jumps off in hawaii and squeezes in two apartment buildings. i don't know, does the faa or somebody have something to say about this or maybe the apartment association. he looks like he's headed for the pool but lands safely on the foreground. up next, donald trump corruption at the highest level. >> we have seen the corruptions of hillary clinton, she got special favors and nobody has ever seen anything like it in the history of our country. >> i refer to that as a clinton please have a seat.
4:28 am
i'll be honest. your resume, it's not what i'm used to. i know. ok, so, what would you bring to my company? what do you need? i need a hard worker. good. i've got two part-time jobs and i help my parents pay the bills. i need problem solving skills. i got through high school without a car, a phone, or a computer. no college degree though. not yet, but life's taught me a lot, and i'm ready for more. well, you're not the typical kind of candidate that i hire, but you are exactly what i'm looking for.
4:29 am
4:30 am
a few thoughts on the candidates and classified information. do tldrump today received his first classified intelligence briefing. the republican nominee questioning whether hillary clinton should be trusted with the same information. >> well, i am worried about her getting it because of her e-mail situation. her scandal is one of the worse things i have seen. it is unthinkable. her single greatest achievement of her life is getting out of that mess. >> this comes as the fbi turned over documents to congress regarding its investigation into her handling of classified information. the summary of clinton's fbi interview heavily redacted. in fact, the fbi notes contained
4:31 am
highly sensitive information that some lawmakers don't have a high enough security clearance to read them in their entirety. never mind all the files can be stored and reviewed by congress and a secure facility on capitol hill. the facility is known as a skiff. it is in sharp contrast to clinton's bizarre claims that no other classified information were on her server and nothing to see there. that happens to be not the case. some in congress cannot see them because they are solely classified. the clinton campaign is calling for the fbi to release those notes publicly claiming republicans are looking to "mischaracterized them through selective partisan leak." well, there is a problem there,
4:32 am
republicans have not leaked anything. and there is in my opinion every reason to believe that this scandal has smeared mrs. clinton so completely now that her undoing maybe at hand. too many lies and conflicts and too many abuses over far too long at times, even for a clinton. our quotation of the evening. tonight albert einstein on justice. he said "the world is a dangerous place to live, not because of the people who are evil but because the people that don't do anything about it." . we are coming right back. donald trump says no way hillary
4:33 am
clinton is fit to be president after years of failure as secretary of state. >> we have seen a former secretary of state lied to congress about her illegally e-mail scheme and risked innocent american lives and bring dishonor onto our government. great, great, dishonor. >> congress sander want hillary clinto
4:37 am
left wing billionaire george -- the reality is quite different than his remarks. >> newly leaked documents from sources open society foundation say the refugee crisis should be seen as "the new normal." the refugee influx surge is an opportunity for sorrow. >> their document leaked by a group called dc leads with ties to russian intelligence. >> soros trying to send hillary
4:38 am
clinton to the white house and back to congress. >> military is on high alert tonight of as many reports of 40,000 troops have been positioned along the border with ukraine. now, that's a 1400 mile long border as you see there. 40,000 troops, arm or and full on forces ready to go and exercises under way. defense officials have identified russian troops at eight locations. these that you see indicated here in addition to the rough stop military base. the russian military has been conducting those training exercises and near crimea as well. the exercises could be used for a cover of attack against you
4:39 am
crane. >> joining me now, a member of the house foreign affairs committee and over sight, congressman, it is great to have you with us. >> good evening. >> lets start with the heavily redacted with hillary clinton and the fbi agent. do you feel you are being a little condescended to by the fbi? >> well, maybe we are going through it now and the committee and the council on the committee are going through it. if i were hillary clinton, i could have them e-mail it to me on my g-mail account since that's not the way it works. >> you have to get the secret stuff but then the top secret stuff would have to be done in a skit. we are working through that and hopefully we'll have a better sense of where we are. we'll seek all the information because i think it is porpt tim
4:40 am
that the american people have the truth. we are not going to release the condition te content e-mail that she were sending and releasing. >> she says he promised us. there was no classified material. yet, you all cannot see the material because it is so classified you have to be in a skip. give me a break. >> she was wrong about that. with the perjury referral that we sent over to the department of justice. there is issues about -- even as james comey says, it does not matter if it is marked classified. it was classified. anyone in her position would have known or should have known it was classified. i think you are right, it is ironic that she says it is not classified. >> well, do you have hopes that there will be any action taken. i cannot imagine it loretta
4:41 am
lynch would have to stumble going to the closet or something, you know, and hit her head to prosecute so who's going to prosecute and following up on your letter? we > >> well, that's why i call for a special council over a year ago. lynch whhas special relationshi with clinton. she's not somebody who i think is going to give a fair hearing. we did not have enough pressure to put onto get it done. it is our responsibility if someone comes before congress and does not tell the truth, we need that to be investigated. comey is going to have an issue of, he sees that and he investigated the statements he's saying already and he's not telling the truth. i think that at a minimum, i think he's going to look at the law and the facts that he's already uncovered and see that her statements are inconsistent with that and he's going to
4:42 am
probably refer this to doj. don't hold your breath that lynch will do anything. it is important that we do our role in congress to hold people accountable >> the democratic party has as a president nominee, an fbi certified liar at the top of their ticket. it is straightforward. james comey called her a liar in front of the congress. the fbi validated that statement. it seems there is no option here, there is no wiggle room or margin. she's straightforwardly lying to congress, did she not? >> i think she did. what we have been focused on is her statements about did she turn overall the e-mails. she said under oath she turned overall e-mails.
4:43 am
she said her attorney reviewed every e-mail to determine what was work related or not. that was not true at all as director comey says. it is interesting after they did that review and they forensic wipe a wiped all her servers. >> at this point, i am starting to think that you guys sitting at capitol hill, you must have people lying to you than telling the truth. i hope that's not the case but it looks like that way. >> congressman, it is always good to have you with us. >> thanks for having me. >> please roll a video. a family in tennessee had a visit from the uninvited guest. a bear cub climbed up on the deck tomorrow morning and went straight for there you go, the bird feeders. the cub had such success, he came back the next day. did it all over again. cleaned out all the bird

feeders. you know -- cause and effect. they figured it out. it was those bird feeders. the wonderful bear of the great smoky mountain is thrown in as a bon bonus. the birthplace of country singer and song writer, dolly park. up next, 83 days until the election. clear politics showing clinton leading trump by just under 7 points nationally. >> however, a quite different view of the outcome come november. he know about investing.
4:45 am
believe in something, buy shares in it, watch it grow. so...what if you could invest in the future? the future of kids? like a stock. not the kind of stock that's about making money. but a stock for social change. a whole new kind of investment called better futures. when you invest, it helps kids go to college. i could be one of the first college graduates from my family. the first philanthropist from my neighborhood. and if i'm the first, then maybe there's a second. and a third. believe in us, invest in us.

thousand? >> the same thing. >> still 87% of winning. of all the saying and attacks from donald trump in every corner, still 87%? >> if you look at polls right now, that's not what polls are saying. polls are about what people feel today and the election are not until later. >> how accurate is professor's model and how accurate as has i been? >> i started 1996, i have done it for all the five election years. the model that i predicted, winner of the popular vote is correctly each time. >> i mean, that's extraordinary. of course, with the exception of
4:50 am
2,000, i don't know how you judge that. some people say, how do you evaluate that one year. >> well, it was a quick one. the model predicts the popular vote in that election year. it does not predict that george bush would end up being president. it is likely this year based on the way things are set up with the advantage really to the democrats that the in wither of the popular vote will likely be the winner. so you still -- you are still confident in our poll. >> it takes a lot for this to happen as a mix match. something like 50/50. it could happen. even in 2000s, a florida had been a proper calendar and probably would have gone to gore. >> it is a proper recount. >> oh, whatever. >> it is what they call it. >> yeah, yeah.
4:51 am
>> professor, it is great to have you with us. you are still confident. >> i like that. >> standing tall. >> the model is confidence. >> all right, good of you. >> appreciate it professor. >> please roll the video now and watch as this high speed chase turns violent. a three car crash, the suspect driving the stolen truck lost his two front tires but he keeps ongoing. he ran a red light and was t-boned and crashed in a truck. no major injuries and he was stopped. up in the case, award winner, robert dobby is joining me. says donald trump is what this country needs. the more nuance and the more we get into this and the more we find out about what happened with benghazi and e-mail and the

4:57 am
i wrote an article how the media and the gop leads on the left, beating up on terry malone who was on the inside and went for the men and the work. i have a strategy for donald trump of what i think you should do. the dobby's strategy. one o f the greatest boxing trainers. put don king in boxing so i train boxing. >> don king boxing -- >> it is a big deal and a long story. >> donald trump calls himself a counter punch. you do that. you counter punch for your friends. >> off next, he needs offense and jabs which he also says to larry holmes.
4:58 am
keep them off going and off balance. keep the forward motion. donald trump is america's eagle with those wings spread wide looking over america with a vision. >> we need the falcons. no one has ever done this and i have always wondered why. i had a friend discussed this with me. who's your cabinet and announce those falcons. those falcons could be those r surrogates. he has them out there. >> everybody understands he does not have enough of them. >> he needs those 15 cabinet members or so. every 48 hours, imagine the new cycle. h hillary is putting on another comments. her cab is nothing. >> i think that's the most important thing we could do right now, besides what he's
4:59 am
doing in terms of the policy speech. >> 9:00 southeastern tonight, donald trump, will be again for the second time in two days delivering a major policy speech tonight on the war against law enforcement law and order, as he's styled his candidacies. we'll bring it to you right here at 9:00. >> what do you think the outlook for him right now? >> if he goes on the office and jabs and get those guys out there, men and women. pick those and have a few ideas about that. if he does that, he will keep them off balance and control the new cycle and they won't do this white noise. >> i don't know what it means but it sounds light. >> you feel obligated. the going forward on that. no, lets get the big ideas and get these falcons flying.
5:00 am
>> i think it is a fascinating idea. >> no one's done it before. imagine. >> it is great to have you. come back, we'll have strategy sessions. >> i like about the candidates, i should say. that's going to do it for us.
