[♪] kennedy: welcome to a new week. let's begin. hating ryan lochte has become an olympic sport. he's as welcome in a pool as teddy ken difficulties car. and his biggest sponsors are dropping him like a trump campaign manager. lochte issued a non-apology apology and sat down for an

interview with matt lauer. and he continues to make excuses. what does that remind you of. we are not legally allowed to show you the lochte end view from nbc so we have to do a dramatic reenactment. >> that's why i'm taking full responsibility for it because i overexaggerated that story. if i had never done that, we wouldn't be in this mess. >> as i look back at it now, even thought it was aloud, i should have used twocts, one for personal and one for work related emails. that was a mistake. i'm sorry about that and i take responsibility. kennedy: when you continue to justify your actions by qualifying what you did wrong as somehow being right, that's not an apology. that's a personality disorder.
12:02 am
they weasle around anything close to personal responsibility and continue to make bad excuses. >> i was still intoxicated. i was still under the influence, you know. i swim like a fish, i drink like a fish. i'm not saying being drunk is an excuse. but when you are that hammered and you swallow the worm, things are going to happen. >> i may have short-circuit candidate, and for that i will try to clarify. kennedy: it's not drunk and short-circuiting. it's lying. i think that's part of lochte's problem. the country has been verbally massaged and hood winged by the clintons for so long that our association for tall tales and the fibbers who present them.
12:03 am
we don't want the same from our swimmers. go fast, get wet and cry on the podium. in lochte's case, stop asking. he's as bright as a lump of charcoal. he needs to sing into object security, taking hillary with him for good measure. up next i'll interview two olympic swimmers. obamacare is sputtering down. and i'll probe the depth of dolf ziegler. i'm kennedy.

more people are dying around her than william wallace in "brave heart." i'm grandma. i have never seen one picture of her holding it. >> that's the news. kennedy: what do you make of the fact there are 15,000 new emails? she releases 30,000, and says that's right. there were 15,000 more. it's not like 1,500 or 5 or 0. >> it's a problem because they were saying they deleted the forwarded emails that were repetitive or they were recipes, or how do i plug in my fax machine or instructions on how do i get to the bathroom or get to the conference center. then there is 10,000 emails. my concern as a democrat is how
12:09 am

i think her bet is even if something goes down, she has never place that supports her that is going to back her up. kennedy: donald trump's promise to deport 11 million illegal immigrants has been his cornerstone but that may be changing. trump responded to allegations he's back peddling. >> we want to couple with a fair but firm answer. we want to couple with something fair. kennedy: how do you deport 11 million people? >> you have to create a police state to do that. think about the logistical challenges of world war ii. it's 100 times the amount of people at least. he was talking about 11 million illegal and 4 million legal u.s. citizen children born here. that's 15 million people to

rnc chairman reince priebus says trump is maturing as a candidate. the clinton campaign says they can't find anyone to play him in prep debates. i have a suggestion. i think they should use anthony weiner. how good would that be? he's fast web's smart, he's insane. >> he doesn't pause. weiner is all caffeine all the time. trump has a good comics timing and he plays the empty space. kennedy: you could use huma's shock cuff and press the button any time you need him to pause if she would loan it to the campaign. >> a slow anthony weiner?

kennedy: companies are pulling out of federal health exchanges. obamacare originally promised more options. so ways happening to obamacare and what can we expect? there is no one better to talk to than jonathon hon hoenig. the president set this as a healthcare marketplace. but when you are down to only one choice, how is that a marketplace? >> it was marketplace in name only, kennedy. whole purpose of obamacare had nothing to do with healthcare. it was to establish healthcare as a right, and by that measure they succeeded. now even the gop talks about wanting to replace obamacare. they have this marketplace, but
12:24 am
it's not really a marketplace. it's based on fours. everybody is forced on obamacare. the doctors, insurance companies, the tanning businesses that are going out of business. and so many insurers are dropping out all together. kennedy: united healthcare lost a billion dollars. aetna, $300 million. what happens to the people who are insured with these companies. if you are in an exchange can you extricate yourself and go top a private company? >> we were all reassured we how much better we would be. we know prices have gone up, care and quality has gone down. and a lot of consumers are scrambling for exactly the

12:26 am
they talked about a tanning tax. that's always government's attitude with the gun. what's the big deal it's a couple extra percent and points of tax. you are talking about tens of thousands of businesses and thousands and thousands of jobs that didn't have to be lost. that what's happens when the government gets involved in any part of the economy. before obamacare government acted for 50% of healthcare spending, now it's 100%. i think the days of medical tourism are going to be changing. instead people coming here for healthcare, you will see people going out of the country. kennedy: rich people will be able to afford private insurance. and the doctors who don't take insurance. and poor people will essentially be behold to the same healthcare system in the failing va.
