movement and throw the bums out. that's what donald trump has done. lou: thank you both. that's it for us tonight. tomorrow congressman marsha black vernon among our guests. please be with us. there's so much to talk about. good night from new york. kennedy: to my present, plans to accept 100,000 more refugees to the u.s. but here's the rub, they would arrive next year when the next president is in charge. dana perino weighs in plus gary johnson could now be the deciding factor in the biggest election of all, ohio. the latest on the polls therein johnson's latest push to get into the debate in rock music icon is here to tell me about his brand-new album and what it's like to work for the donald. it's time to jam. hackery is now a common practice and you are just as likely to get news and information from stolen e-mails as you are from the story in "the new york times."

this time it was sony or the dnc by former secretary of state colin powell whose digital dumpster was made public by wikileaks. he doesn't have a shiny collection of smoking guns or anthony weiner and prescience in his outbox that we know of at least a lack of linkage politics and through these e-mails we have seen many signs of the same or start points the jet setting colin who in one letter described grabbing the dash from being pulled into hillary clinton's private server hell. hrc could have killed his two years ago by merely telling everyone honestly what she had done and not bring into. i told her staff three times not to try to ambit. i had to throw many tantrums to get their attention. then there's mean girls as financier jeff leeds wrote to hillary and she hates the president.
8:02 pm
that man is the clintons all him kicked her out in 2008 3g can't believe it for except a gift. no one likes us. powell chimed in with she is working yourself to death. then they agreed hillary could never be one of the classics. >> there is not a colin quote they're going to get the necessary use of e-mails with rules. watch your mouth sir. you are a four-star general i will have you know and who doesn't love pop-culture powell who references whose favorite steve carell movie. i'm told hillary's minions repeatedly they are make you miss a trick to me and yet they still try. she is getting crucified and of course there is torn colin the guy who hates the use of the sacrificial lamb but also despises donald trump. he describes their public and
8:03 pm
nominee is racist, national disgrace and an international pariah. what have we learned from all of this? powell is prone to gossip the mic in the other establishment military politicians he's obsessive about his record. he's very much into politics and defines both candidates. there was talk he might endorse hillary at some point but with tracks across his back from being pummeled by -- it's safe to say he will stay out of the presidential race and off e-mail for at least the next few months. something for you and your inboxefrom me. i m. kennedy. that colin powell just spitting nails angry at hillary clinton for scapegoating him on this over scandal. let's ask tonight's panel carla shimkus "fox news" 24/7 on serious xm channel 115 camille foster is here.
8:04 pm
he is a partner at -- media and guy benson the political editor and "fox news" contributor. welcome panel to the show. best podcast in the world. i will start with you. what do we know from these e-mails? who looks good and looks bad? >> there's one he didn't bull in a monologue that i would like to read a lot of possible. this is colin powell writing to an associate. i would rather not have to go through her, meaning hillary although she is a friend that i respect. 7-year-old person with a long track record of unbridled ambition and greedy not transformational but the husband still [bleep] bimbos at home. kennedy: wow riyadh there's a reason i didn't use that.
8:05 pm
what does that say there? i'm not expecting an endorsement anytime soon and i think when you see the totality of the e-mails he seems really bothered by the fact and just resentful that hillary is part of their wild flailing of the e-mail scandal kept trying to drag him into it and over and over again he was upset about it going so far as to -- of the party at the hamptons. kennedy: you don't do that clearly. camille your art is a contrary and so now we are seeing leaks from somebody different sources and some different accounts and i don't even know if there's any embarrassment in the e-mail leakage like there used to being the good old days. >> one lesson that everyone should extract from this your e-mails are not write it. don't write anything in an e-mail that you would not stand behind on publix -- on television. what i also find interesting though or the other things that

are happening that conservatives are probably none too happy about diminishing the benghazi controversy and saying it was a witchhunt. his correspond with condoleezza rice were he and she both seem to have a lot of contempt for their contemporaries while they were in the white house. i talked them about the pentagon family. the one type of defense i might offer and it's not much of a defense is that sometimes when things go wrong and you have a policy like we are going to rebuild iraq and it's going to go swimmingly it doesn't work out because what you're trying to do is just impossible. no one can do it. no perfect gerson can do it in sometimes that's why government ales. kennedy: is impossible for people like that who have been in power. it's impossible for them to believe that perhaps they were wrong and they spent the rest of their lives and the rest of their careers defending bad choices. >> i did love that bit of gossip
8:07 pm
kennedy: you have to feel a little bit bad for colin powell. this is leaked information but i think overall the big losers are hillary clinton and donald trump. it's going to show that hillary clinton was trying to cover her tracks and it goes long with the narrative that she does not tell the whole truth and she's very secretive but at the same time colin powell has been a well-respected politician and donald trump could use them on the side where downey called trump a national disgrace. kennedy: and an international pariah and said his whole birther movement was racist. >> all of that so that really goes to show why he has not endorsed either candidate yet. kennedy: speaking of trump yesterday he unveiled a childcare plan incentives for employers to provide childcare services that work and expansive tax deductions for parents. >> we need working mothers to be fairly compensated for their
8:08 pm
work and have access to affordable, quality childcare for their kids. these solutions must update laws passed more than half a century ago where most women were still not in the labor force. kennedy: ivanka is the new chris christie. trump's plan isn't exactly out of the conservative playbook so guy i will start with you because there are some things the government should do in most things government shouldn't. i don't but it makes you a heartless person to save maybe we should take a step back before we think about a grab bag of services and mandates for childcare and doesn't discourage employers from giving their own childcare at work and relying on the government? >> kennedy what you miss if they are going to pay for this by eliminating waste fraud and abuse which is a serious plan that we need to attach a lot of credibility to. not like we can service mock
8:09 pm
liberals when they say that would say do all the time. so most is that donald trump is in favor of bigger more expensive more powerful government and more mandates and this is a play to try to appeal to female voters. i remember when ivanka trunk -- trump major speech. is this an actual policy of his sources going on? and mention the pay gap thing without all the necessary context which is why that's not the issue that the left claims that it is. he still makes help with female voters. is it just going to adopt wholesale the left's rhetoric that conservatives have been fighting against for years? it's frustrating. kennedy: not to be cynical but it seems this is a clear play for women where he is behind as much as 20 or send from hillary clinton in some polls. does that make you heartless person to say maybe we should stop and think about this before we drive billions of dollars
8:10 pm
into it. >> it doesn't make you heartless and is perfectly reasonable to say we can care about these things in than there other ways to achieve these objectives without social engineering for the tax code. no one should be surprised. donald trump has never been much of a conservative on most issues. during the primaries which makes one wonder what on earth is a conservative saying? certainly we talk about traditional conservatism but today conservative voters out of the entire field don't seem to care about those issues as much as a lot of people thought. >> conservatives don't seem to mind. kennedy: conserving and constricting the size and role of government which a lot of conservatives claim that was the basis of their beliefs. >> we don't care or something. >> i agree with you all but i strangely think that donald trump did himself a service in his plan. he's trying to grab those female voters but he also used a softer

more presidential town. he brought a secret weapon in ivanka trump and in terms of who is going to pay for this plan is far less aggressive than what hillary is suggesting. kennedy: a lot of it has to do with tax credits. a lot of people who need the federal income tax and therefore they don't get the tax credit at all. much more coming up with gary johnson unveiling a new plan to get to the presidential seat. we will tell you what is hoping to pull off and leave your edward snowden appealing directly to president obama for a pardon. i will ask dana perino about it. what powers the digital world. communication.

kennedy: gary johnson racing the clock to get poll numbers up to that magic 15% threshold in five polls which would allow him to enter the presence of the base. johnson and his running mate bill wells took out a full-page ad in "the new york times" aimed at the commission on presidential debate. the ads suggest letting the governor into the first debate ended the doesn't meet their criteria after that he will accept their decision. meanwhile in the new bloomberg poll johnson has tempers and in that state and that is a make or break state called ohio. not enough to win of course but more than enough for both clinton and trump. camille foster and guides estin.
