of course, here in the u.s. we are watching the bank shares as well. on the news that the department of justice wants deutsche bank to pay $14 million to scetle claims. nicole: take a look right now. 43.39 while gold gains 10 cents. lauren: let's check out the dollar right now -- sources are telling the wall street journal, we will just move on here. jessica alba about buying honest company for more than a billion dollars. al bea founded the consumer retail, disposable diapers, household cleaners, personal care and beauty product that is are usually green and organic products. it reportedly generates about $300 million in annual revenue. it makes many products including dove soap, body sprays, they

just bought the dollar shave for a billion dollars. nicole: that was a big one. 126,000 new yorkers, tax filers left to go to live in other states. why does this happen? new york also lost the most so-called high earners who reported incomes of more than $200,000 a years. the study says many residents are leaving because of high-property taxes, a lack of business opportunities and unaffordable homes. lauren: let's take a look at the headlines in today's edition of the wall street journal. $14billion to resolve a probe into mortgage securities following the financial crisis. deutsche bank shares are down 6 and a half percent. deutsche bank says it has no plan to pay that amount of money. colonial pipeline to disrupt gas

supplies in the east coast. partial closing and could cut supply and raise gas prices of the drivers in the east coast in the next couple of days. apple makes changes to news app, the change will allow publishers to sell subscriptions through the app. apple would get 30% of the revenue from new sub scribsers. nicole: stock falling more than 3% in extended trading. shares sank after earnings and revenue missed the expectation. we are also watching shares soaring more than 12% after hours. the symbol is depo, drug maker reportedly is preparing for a sale after the investors star board has called for depomed to pursue such a step. the company has landed a licensing deal with warner music group, the third -- big three

nicole: all right it's friday. 5:15 a.m. let's get you caught up on what's happening now. we begin with breaking news. justice department wants germany deutsche bank to pay $14 billion over allegations that it packaged toxic mortgages between 2005 and 2007. in the statement deutsche bank says it has no intention of paying that much. the bank says negotiations are just beginning, bank stocks down hard in europe. could affect u.s. stocks as well. a new fox poll shows that donald trump is now behind hillary clinton by just one point among likely voters in the four-way ballot. in the head-to-head matchup,

trump is up by one point. clinton received 41% and trump 40%. donald trump announced more details on his tax cut plan last night. news conference in washington, d.c. today. hillary clinton was back camp aping yesterday after recuperating from pneumonia and the rest of the campaign will focus on positive vision for the country rather than criticizing donald trump. stocks are higher for the week given you perspective unlike last week where we had pressure on the markets, dow futures right now are down, though, down 27, s&p futures down 4, apple was the star of over 12% but the banks are likely under pressure. lauren: thanks, nicole. companies are seeing 3d printing as the future for productivity and investors are pouring money into it as more uses for the technology are being discovered. value of the industry expect today grow to $21 billion in just four years. jeff flock has the details.

he's at the international manufacturing technology show in chicago. jeff: folks, get ready to expand your mind. you thought that you could only print small things with 3d printers, well, what about this entire structure that i'm in. this is kind of a tinny house, all made with a 3d printer, one with an 8-foot by 20-foot bed. now 3d printing. how do you do this? >> good morning, well, you do it one layer at a time. [laughter] jeff: one layer at a time. you can do amazing things. follow me down here because not only houses but the whole vehicle here is also made with a 3d printer. you've been in the manufacturing business your whole life and you say this has change it had entire landscape? >> it has. the evolution of 3d printing over the last probably ten years as we have seen massive

injection of capital, has changed the scope of the size and material set that we are able to use in 3d printing. jeff: take a look at this, guys, this is how it's printed but you have the ability to come back and smooth it and this is all 3d printed. >> it is, correct. in the same sense that machining operations traditionally have done parts roughly and come back and finished them, you can create parts and go back and finish them and to the naked eye and most cases it's indistinguishable between traditional and manufacturing parts. jeff: i want to take a look at the machines. this is one of the reason that is does that work. >> 3d demonstrator. this is a 3d printer that works like no other 3d printer instead of layer by layer you typically see in 3d printing. you're able to move this part and lay down material in any

-- massachusetts senator elizabeth warren told peter barnes that a fine is just not enough. >> it's personal accountability. it's not enough to say, oh, the bank is going to pay a fine. we need to hold people personally responsible. that's the only way we are ever going to get change. lauren: adam shapiro has learned that there are new developments in the wells fargo case. adam: fox business network has learn that had the federal investigation into possible criminal activity at wells fargo could reach as high as the sea suit, federal prosecutors and new york have subpoenaed documents from the bank which recently paid $185 million in fines and restitution as part of a settlement with the consumer

financial protection bureau. the bank has fired more than 5,000 employees who were part of a scam that created additional customer accounts and transferred customer funds between accounts without permission from wells fargo, that's illegal. in an exclusive interview, richard said the investigation continues and could lead much higher on the chain of managers. >> when you say managers of managers, how high up did this go. did it go all the way up to ceo? >> some of it is being determined.think it is being acd by the bank that the firings of employees included hundreds of people who were not simply front -line employees but people who were managing those people and people who were managing the managers. that goes up the chain in good ways.
