in chelsea could have taken many lives. fortunately it did not go off. in fact, this guy was caught thanks to the 8000 cameras that have been installed throughout new york city streets in the last 15 years making it much easier for investigators to catch anyone trying to repeat history. it was a black-and-white image caught by one of the thousands of cameras since i chelsea that help investigators believe that to someone. they also found a camera note found near one of the unexploded bombs on sunday. in the notes you made mention of the bombers responsible for the marathon attack which involves home a pressure cooker bomb similar to the ones discovered in new york and new jersey. he also left behind a cell phone in the cell phone contained personal information, pictures that he and his family making it easy to track this guy down.
