palmieri was asked about the controversy, but she tried to claim her own catholicism while shifting the blame to russia. >> i'm a catholic. i don't recognize that email that we saw. we are not going to fact check the emails that were stolen. hacked by russia in an effort -- lou: the clinton campaign has no evidence russia is behind the hack of podesta's emails. but they will try anything to change the direction of what is media focus now slowly becoming media focus. on this broadcast we won't

permit that. peter schweizer, and ed rollins. there is a lot to discuss, including donald trump denouncing house speaker paul ryan for betraying the party's voters and the not knee himself. trump says there is something sinister about it all. >> wouldn't you think that paul ryan would say, good going? in front of just about the largest audience for a second night debate in the history of the country. you think they would say great going, don, let's go, let's beat this crook. let's beat her. we have got to stop her. no, he doesn't do that. there is a whole deal going on. we are going to figure it out. i always figure things out. but there is a whole sinister deal going on. lou: sinister.

and some of our favorite political analysts join us. tony sayegh and mercedes schlapp. our top story, 1,200 more wikileaks emails. many of them revealing hillary clinton's collusion with the mainstream media, the "new york times" and permitting the clinton campaign to pick and choose what parts of an interview with clinton would be used in an article. reporter mark liebowit scrks emailed trying to lobby for a batch of quotes. these exchanges were prit interesting. would love the option to wrote. a "washington post" reporter giving john podesta advance that she was withholding information

about his links to the mega donor. top clinton aide huma abedin revealing clinton's press strategy writing in an email to podesta and general palmieri. can we survive not answering questions at these events? the democratic party essentially admits clinton's voters are ignorant. i quote, she doesn't want the people knowing about her relationships on wall street. she wants to achieve consistency, and the best way to

do that is to keep the people ignorant. i believe for 270 days she was imminently successful. 270 days without a press conference. the mainstream liberal media has ignored our next guest who has detailed the corruption of the peter schweizer, executive producer of the "clinton cash" film bailtsd on his best-selling book. i'll bet never in your wildest dreams did you expect three document leaks from wikileaks in a five-day period. >> you are right. no, it's very surreal. because of course when clinton cash came out as a book there

lou: what surprised you most? >> i think number one, we are going to dean interview but we'll let you decide what's going to happen. number two, the bureau chief of the "washington post" say we are running this story on lobbying but we won't caulk about this case involving you. there is only a single line where we are discussing you. come on, you are supposed to speak truth to power. that's bowing before the throne. lou: it is so many things. peter, this is -- you wrote extensively about haiti in the most recent dumps we learn from the days following the earthquake in haiti that killed 200,000. requests from individuals identified as friends of bill's were given priority and shuttled off to the mainstream bureaucracy and they were given primacy amongst those dealing

with the aftermath through the clinton foundation. and the state department run by mrs. clinton. >> you are right. think about it. if you think there its anything that's not going to be political or crony, you would think it would be reconstruction after an earthquake. but the emails show sentencively. abc news did a three-part investigation on this. showed email exchanges, contractors getting access in haiti. being able to do projects. the emails were. this person being an f.o.b., as in friends of bill's. you got access and contracts. if you were not, you did not. the second biggest revelation, cheryl mills, the chief of staff clinton confident got $400,000 in taxpayer money to build a

factory in haiti for a south korean factory. chief executive of that company turns around and invests in a private company she is building called black ivy. lou: there is corruption documented by yourself and others now. and wikileaks is providing -- and i would like to hear your judgment on this -- wikileaks seems to be the most energized and effective and responsible agency and outlet that is respecting the traditional american right to know. frustrate bid this administration, the clinton cartel, whatever you want to call it. the mainstream media that will not maintain anything resembling an adversarial relationship with power. to me at this very moment it looks to me like the public's

right to know has been utterly crushed. >> look, here is the way i view it. i think you are exactly right. are we concerned about hacking? absolutely. and law enforcement needs to do their job. lou: i am no longer one of those concerned about hacking. i want the american people to no everything they can about any candidate running for president. i want to know what was going on. >> i agree completely. but the point i was making, that's a concern much law enforcement. the news media has never been concerned about how they received information. they always said the information there is, we'll let the american people know. a lot of them now are suddenly concerned, we are not sure this information was obtained in the proper way. that has never been their concern in the past and that's not their role. lou: how political is it for the

clinton campaign to say we think may have been involved with wicky leaks in this hack. they don't not, but they claim that is truth an and it's absolutely not. no intelligence figure or leader that ileader -- that i know of y they know for sure. to say that the information that we are all looking at that's being provided to the american public right now in the midst of this election is somehow less important than the fact of who may have assisted in this acquisition. >> this has been the standard approach of the clintons for 20 years. you can't deal with the message and the truth, you attack the messenger. the messenger is wikileaks so they will attack messenger. they did the same thing with me. they didn't want to engage in the details.

john podesta is getting emails from people saying these are legitimate issues and concerns. their standard approach is to attack the messenger and ignore the message and they are trying to do it with wikileaks. lou: donald trump talking border security at a rally in florida. he blasted mexican drug cartels that have been allowed to operate with impunity because of shared open border policies. >> we'll stop the drugs from pouring into our country. think of your kid and grandkids. we are going to stop it. and moment of it's coming pack the southern border. but i have a message for the drug dealers, the gang members and the criminal cartels. your days are numbered. lou: think about that. when have you ever heard those word from an american president.

from an american attorney general. you have not heard this to words because they haven't had the guts to say it. donald trump just did. by the way, about 1.6 million of pound of drugs are seized on our border were mexico each year. the majority of methamphetamines, marijuana, cocaine and heroin that comes into this country crosses that border and somehow makes it in without being in any way impede. mexican and central american gangs have also found operating -- have been found operating in 200 of our cities and are contributing mightily to the rising murder rate in this country. extraordinary. the courage of donald trump in uttering those word has not been matched. think of this, by a single president in the course of the last half century. we are coming right back. much more, stay with us.

lou: indiana state police investigating voter fraud. the investigation began in august it's focused on the efforts of a liberal d.c.-based voter liberation group called patriot majority u.s.a. this appears to be just beginning in the state of virginia. 2,000 illegal immigrants

registered to vote between 2008 and 2012. also in virginia the f.b.i. looking into 20 cases of voter applications using the names of dead people. that's right. dead people registering in virginia, and the number is likely much higher than that in the neighborhood of 100 or so. illegal voters also uncovered in philadelphia. 400 illegal immigrants voting in elections. and voter fraud in colorado concerning a dead voter. there have been 7 cases involving dead voters. dead voters are causing trouble in colorado between 2009 and 2015. joining us now, former reagan white house political director, republican strategist, fox news contributor. ed rollins. the supreme court said there is not a problem here. there just hasn't been enough

voter fraud to have integrity in our registration. >> the interesting thing as you put those states up there. when indiana first came up, you think indiana is not a place -- indiana is a close race that basically six or seven years ago voted the other way and switched back. it will probably be close again. philadelphia has a big impact on pennsylvania. colorado is a swing state. what i'm impressed by is that they have a big master plan where they need to add a few thousand votes and this -- lou: do republicans have a master plan of what to do about it? donald trump has been saying to the so-called professional politicians, the rnc, this deal is rigged. >> the bottom line is there is a lot of truth to that. at the end of the day, i said on this show, i talked about it's times, we can't run campaigns from washington, d.c.

we have to run campaigns where the people are. if anybody wants to be an operative in politics, you go to d.c. and work for the rnc and the congressional committees, so you don't know what's going on out there. lou: do the states know what's going on? the governor pence is talking about this investigation. we are closing with under four weeks to a presidential election. and people are talking about -- >> we don't know what voter fraud is. you will see it when it comes close. and in this election i think there will and lot of it. lou: what is the republican party doing by the? can the republican party be more screwed up than it is. >> i don't think so. they have had a troubled year and they will have a troubled election. lou: they blew 2008 and 2012.

they have gone the into a jamestown ritual where they want to commit the party to political suicide. this is madness what paul ryan and rnc chairman reince priebus is letting him do. he's saying we are going to destroy this candidate and give this election to one of the most -- to me, incredible candidates i have seen in hillary clinton, and the devil be damned. because he wants to have a political opportunity. >> what he wants is 218-plus republicans so he can control that level of the government. i have been with the white house and the congressional committee. the republicans in the coverage -- >> the fact of the matter is we have a bunch of fools putting up with the biggest fool i have ever seen in the speaker's chair and that's quite saying something. >> to those members out there, they are all running their own

thing. they lived for 8 years with obama. but first and foremost it's taking care of them. lou: donald trump just said to the cartel, their days are numbered. we haven't had a president or attorney general with that kind of guts. we are putting up with rank public corruption on the part of the democratic nominee. >> it's more than rank. if you look at these wikileaks, they have a established political system that works 24 hours a dane side government. they had a master plan to protect the mother ship which is hillary and you see it day in and day out. lou: the national media is compliant and complicit. >> we want to be in your good grailss. so clear the the quotes. lou: the american people should tell the bunch to go to hell. they have the opportunity.
